The employee there made us feel like family and were very caring and helpful. Would highly recommend this U-Haul location to family and friends. 10 out of 10 for sure!

Rented a 26 foot truck with tow dolly, no issues with the truck but the tow dolly was a nightmare. The straps came off the vehicle and we were on the road for two hours in the Arizona heat. The vehicle being towed came off the dolly and was resting on the metal bar. Contacted roadside assistance and they quickly fixed the problem and got us underway. Upon arrival in San Antonio our final destination after checking out of the hotel we noticed the straps were again off the vehicle. In my opinion this tow dolly should not have been in operation and to allow this to be used on a trip that was over 1600 miles was not safe. This tow dolly caused significant delays and added an extra day onto our trip. It's lucky that we were able to find movers to work on the 4th of July but we definitely paid a premium.

The store was clean and the employees were nice and explained everything and was fast and would recommend going though them for your uhaul needs

I have to give credit where it's due – the staff really knows how to handle their customers' needs. From the moment I walked in, their friendly demeanor and helpful attitude immediately put me at ease. They guided me through the rental process with such finesse, making sure everything fit just right. And let me tell you, the way they expertly hooked up the truck left me feeling impressed and strangely excited. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made for an experience I won't soon forget. Cheers to the staff, for knowing just how to satisfy your customers' desires.

Overall good experience. Reserving and checking in inline was convenient and easy. The rental was ready and clean when I arrived. The employee was prompt. My only issue was that the gas tank was not full and I had to return it at the same level. Problem is that the gas gauge is not accurate for about a half mile of driving, so I ended up over filling the tank significantly.

I have a PO box here and the staff is always helpful and courteous. I am always greeted with a smile and asked if I need help. And they always seam to have a great attitude. Hard to find nowadays.
