The techs were great! I thought my watch was cracked, they let me know the protective cover was the only thing broken. No charge since there was no damage to watch itself. Bottom line, they were honest and that goes a long way! Thanks to the techs.

It took 2 weeks to replace my iPad screen. The day after I got it back it had a small black line on the screen. The next day the screen went black. I took it back and they told me it wasn’t under warranty because the LCD screen was cracked. Well the LCD screen wasn’t cracked before they fixed it and now I just paid $150 for my iPad to come back more damaged than it was when I took it in.

Had battery replaced on my Amazon Kindle Fire. While the screen was being removed, it cracked. (Stuff happens!). Anyway, they did not charge me for the new screen and my new battery now keeps a charge. Personnel at this location were friendly, and kept me informed through texts.

Had a broken screen, made some calls and filed a claim on the website and then went it. A few short hours later the phone is brand new again. Great service and very friendly. My only complaint would be with the website. It was difficult to navigate and I became frustrated. Other than that I would totally recommend!!

Convenient store location and friendly staff. My phone had a never seen before problem, but we were able to resolve same day. They have a great insurance plan for your electronic devices.
