ubreakifix employee at Fresno, Ca store told me he couldn't get the part needed to fix my phone but if he could it would cost more than my phone. He suggested I buy a new phone instead. So I went to ubreakifix in Clovis, Ca for the same repair. An employee there ordered the part for my phone and it was fixed there in a few days after the part arrived. The repair was $75 which is less than a new phone. The Fresno employee could have done more to help me, good thing the Clovis employee was better or I would have gone to another repair company. My phone is working fine now.

During the middle of harvest to have a phone go down is rather stressful to say the least... Called up You break I fix the manager Mr Wyatt said come on down we'll get you taken care of. I dropped the device off within an hour or two they had the screen repaired and I was back in business, ready to roll... Courteous, understanding, easy to work with and got the job done ... A phone back in service in a timely matter, can't ask for much more what a great experience all around keep up the good work....

When my carrier made the appointment for my phone to be repaired the representatives at uBreakiFix it was so helpful they scheduled my appointment for the next day when I arrived they took my device told me it would be approximately 2 hours and they would call when it was done. Very courteous and professional business

No one answered the phone and I drove all the way out there to find out that their online estimate was wrong by $100 and their repairs were $90 more than Best Buy. They also did not have the parts in stock and it would be another several days to arrive Not the type of business practices I want to send my dollars towards.** Edit **I just called the number listed below and still no one is answering, then I got redirected to a call center. If you would kindly provide me a number where I can speak to a person and a name of a person I should discuss this matter with, I would be glad to discuss further.

Everyone was helpful and friendly.I just wish it wasn't so expensiveBut no where I know fixes the phone or electronics in one days within hrsThe only thing I didn't like was you have to go through the call center which I ran into a problem with a rude employee name Brittany very rude doesn't let you finish talking just rude they good lose business if costumers get mistreated from Brittany from the call center you can't call direct.

We made an appointment online. We arrived at the store 5 minutes prior to our appointment time. It took over 20 minutes to be seen (one person working in the front), only to be told, "we don't have it in stock." If that's the case, if they see the appointment online for a Samsung screen, cancel the appt or do not make it seem like the part was in stock.Instead of ordering the part, they referred us to Best Buy. It's just frustrating because we wasting time driving and waiting there.

The screen on my Pixel 6a decided to die on me. Brought it here to be fixed. Turns out it was the motherboard and had to wait a few days for a replacement part but was worth it. Fixed like it came fresh from the box. Best of all still under warranty so the repair was for free. Love this place!

My wife's brand new Samsung S23 Ultra screen was having issues. Claim was filed online through insurance. I brought the device in for a repair claim and they did a great job. Device is working like it should. Customer service was also superb. Would definitely recommend to others!

Do not bring your phone here. This place takes zero accountability or responsibility for their mistakes.Brought my 7 month old phone in with a dead pixel for a screen replacement under warranty. As soon as that was replaced my phone started overheating and would not connect to the network. Even took it into Verizon for a new sim card which did not fix the issue. Brought it back to ubreakifix for them to say it was a bad battery. They replaced the screen again which did not fix the issue. They broke my phone, and their only solution was for me to call samsung.Even though my phone was under warranty it does not cover a replacement phone. I have to trade my current phone in for another phone AND pay for it out of pocket. Ubreakifix offered nothing in return, despite causing this issue.

Waited over a week for parts. Then installed incorrectly so had to go back. Phone still wasnt all the way fixed and out over 400. The lady at the counter was nice atleast or i would have put 1 star.

Made my contact/appointment on line. Took it over, they had the screen for replacement. They said it would take 2 hours and it did! Clerks were polite and staight up with answers to my questions. In at 1pm out at 3pm, perfect, not exactly the most patient person!
