Staff members are helpful and very knowledgeable. Many services offered including UPS shipping, returns, notary, and confidential waste disposal. Manager Kelly is efficient and patient. Excellent customer service from all staff.

We had a great experience with Kelly today at UPS while getting some documents notarized. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process. Her professionalism and knowledge made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Kelly for any notary services—she’s fantastic!

Want to thank Ashley the Manager for helping me with boxed China to mail. Super sweet and helpful getting everything repacked to arrive safely. Too quite a bit of her time and very grateful. Came in a few days later with another box and shred and gentleman behind counter Super nice and again quite a bit to do. Just lost my Dad and trying to get things organized and emotional.
