NOT getting my mail per Informed Delivery app. !!! Reported it+ nothing was done. Just Friday, missing a Bank statement. Also
counter workers are LAZY as heck! 👎🤷😡. ***NOTICE: Aug 1,2025- a technical specialist representative spent almost x2 hours setting up my Informed Delivery app/account. Problem RESOLVED...yes, he got it installed!!! 👍🤗🙏 x5🌠 🌹 p.s. If you are having problems with your Informed Delivery app/ account...Contact a 'Technical' Service Representative ONLY to fix your problem. x5🌠 👍🙏🤗 to them !!! 🌹 🥰

They actually open at 9:30 AM if you need to speak with a person. Their kiosks are open at 9:00 AM

Placed mail hold for 7 days while on vacation, 7/23 - 7/30. attempted pick up at Clovis CA office on 7/31 to be told NO mail for the entire time I have never had NO mail for 7 days! Window clerk continued to say nothing here, you can always check back at a later time, maybe something will show up. Have since been advised mail was sent and should have delivered during the time we were away. Now we start over

You need to tell your mailmen (including the lady who gets away with everything, has no repercussions for her actions whatsoever and still has a job because she’s protected by the union) to please not hold our mail and packages for two days straight without any indication to the neighborhood. It is not appreciated and next time give us a heads up. And if you do deliver our packages after holding it for two days straight, then ring the doorbell or at least have the decency to knock and let us know that it has finally been delivered! That is extremely annoying. Why are people so lazy in doing their job now and days.? Also if you can tell your employees to put the flag down for outgoing mail after they have picked it up. It’s their job so please tell them to do it right.

Just got off the phone with whoever answered the phone today on Tuesday June 17th. Pretty calm conversation but the dude was kind of a condescending prick at the end didn't even offer the smallest insincere apology for the fact that I got charged $151 at their electronic self-serve kiosk even though the machine froze and did not print out my postage.
The USPS is kind of falling apart slowly but surely so you will notice employees are quiet quitting . They don't care. Five stars for quiet quitting, and one star for your review , sweetie !

Unfortunately this place isn't maintained well, just like most post offices. PO Boxes are too expensive for the service provided. The workers are good though, just not given the proper resources.

Dealing with the people inside is fine most of the time my issue is with the mail carrier, for 5 years now he leaves my mail box open with packages hanging out anyone walking or driving by can easily steal my packages and mail I've complained numerous times, he stops for a few days then is back at it the last time I complained i was told he doesn't work on this route anymore which is a lie. I'm surprised my mailbox hasn't broken yet since he likes to over stuff it. It would be nice if you guys would actually do something about this clown. 3/28/25 once again heavy box hanging out of mailbox, and mailbox door feels like its going to break if this keeps up.

Martina, was able to get me out quickly 🙌, because the two separate customers she practically pushed away from her counter. Customer one was there with his wife and needed a separate service, she told him to go with his wife so he didn't waste her time. Second customer went to pick up a package, Martina asked for the barcode customer said she didn't have it, then she said next time read the whole email so you don't waste your time good job. Just really unprofessional. Made my service feel terrible.

Ghetto post office isnt even open after hours. Dont even waste your time here and just go to Clovis.

I don't have any issues with this post office. In fact, the carriers are superb as well. I just had a fall and my carrier happened to see and helped me up and into my house. She went well above and beyond a mail carrier. I wish there were a way to leave a commendation for her.
