Had my car here for a few nights so they could do some interior work. I returned to them after a few days and my battery was completely dead. They denied any responsibility. Had to get my car jump started. Since the repair didn't require the engine to be on, not sure why my battery was suddenly dead ?Then, I realized later my heater wasn't working. When I called them they immediately blamed my car. I had to fight to get them to listen to meOnce I brought it in, they opened and inspected what they had done and the wires for the heater and other functions had never been put back at all. They were just never reconnected at all.They were nice enough to fix their error as it was blatantly obvious at this pointBut no apologies or ownership on their part

at first, the gentleman was friendly, came out, took some pictures of my vehicle, and told me they will get back to me with a quote. It's been four days past, and I've called them three or four times. and still have not provided me a quote. Seems like they are picky with work.

I can't rate their work because I ended up choosing not to continue business with this auto shop however, I highly do not recommend this shop. The manager Caesar genuinely tried scamming me out of money all by authorizing work that was never signed and or approved of. Being a manager does NOT mean you make decisions for a customers vehicle for them without their consent and then blame them for YOUR poor decision of actions. He tried charging me for work That not I, nor my Insurance company ever signed or approved of. Then tried threatening to not give my vehicle back.No auto body shop I have ever been to has moved like this. Very unprofessional and scandalous.Be cautious when doing business with this auto shop. I would not recommend to anyone.

Brought in for very minor damage. Car was not done on promised date. Paint looks swirled and hazy in area of repair. Ton of gray overspray left on roof of car. Showed up at the time I was provided to pick up, I was told they needed to wash it still. So I waited about 10 minutes for them to wash it. I was not given a walk around of the work provided, all I got was my keys and a filthy interior. I even had a scratch on the rear door that wasn't there before, so I essentially got damage repaired and different damage inflicted. Also there was paint on chrome trim, which luckily came off with pressure washer. Not much attention to detail here at this shop. Too many body shops out there to settle for this one.

Over all this business is yet to be the best one I've went for repairs they have quick response, fast work, very kind, and reasonable prices. Definitely recommend it and will be coming back in the future (if needs).

A renter of mine had damaged my car and the driver side back door caved in. Cesar was the quickest to respond to me and didn't try overcharging me like some other places in the area did for the same job. I dropped it off and the car was ready within 4 days. They also cleaned up the car interior for me as well and it came back to me better than it originally had looked. Definitely found a place to continue taking my cars in for the future and back on road as soon as possible.

I communicated with several auto body shops and decided to go with Valley Autobody after Cesar asked me to come in and get a quote. Price was great and service was quick! Will be coming back for future (if needed) fixings.

My experience here started off really well. I brought the car in for damage to the front caused by a chunk of concrete. They did a really good job with all the repairs. It looks brand new. When I went to pick up the car, I was asked some leading questions about recalls. Come to find out, when they did the repairs, all the electrical in the car got messed up. Thankfully, the owners agreed to pay for my rental until they got the replacement part for the electrical, which took about 3 weeks. Up until that point everything was going really well. They were upfront and accepted the responsibility for the damaged electrical. Where it took a quick turn south was when I was asked to pay for the programming of the part that was damaged under their care. They set the appointment up with BMW and said all I had to do was take the car to the dealership, they would program it, and bill the auto body shop. I agreed to stop by the shop after I picked up the car to pay them the $255 we agreed on for the programming. Well, the shop took off the new part and replaced it with the old part, so of course BMW charged an additional $100 or so for the added labor. Even BMW was confused as to why they took off the old part, put on the new part, then took off the new part and put the old damaged one back in. When BMW called the shop to bill them, they were told by the shop to bill me when I got there. Wow, really? Not what I was told would happen by the shop. So now, in order to get my car I have to pay around $350 to BMW. Not what we agreed on, not what I was told. When I talked to the shop, they kept throwing back in my face that they paid for my rental and lost money on my car because of the rental and the cost of the damaged part. Keep in mind they agreed to pay for it! As the owner said "It happened while we had the car so we will take care of it". Apparently that was a partial truth. Very very disappointing considering how well everything was going up until I got this surprise dropped on me. Honest and not all at once. Very disappointed in the outcome dealing with this shop.
