Stephen is something like a multi-tasking wizard... He simultaneously assisted at least 3 parties, while keeping a diligent eye on the floor, and people coming in and out. I came in to the store in the early afternoon, and dealt with another associate (Ricky) who was also fantastic. I went home and screwed something up with my data transfer, and came back later that evening and Stephen immediately came to me and recognized me from earlier, even though we did not deal with each other to begin with. He corrected my errors and sent me off as a satisfied customer. Stephen is someone that Verizon should strive to not only hold on to, but be considered a model of what the companies ideal manager looks like.Mike De Young, Clovis CA

I walk in and greeted by someone holding a tablet they ask how can I help you I tell them and they tell me someone else will be helping me soon so I waited 5 minutes and left because I received no help .

Easy to find. It took 15 minutes to get one of the 5 workers to approach me. Two of them were right next to me talking. I was definitely troubled by that!. I'm serious about that! At the seat next to me and across from me!! Typical new generation!

Very helpful staff. Came in to activate a new (to me) phone to find out it had been tagged as fraudulent (thanks Amazon!). Ended up buying a new phone next day from the store, very seamless transaction and extremely helpful staff.

Horrible wait times and service. Took them 20 minutes to get me checked in, and I had to make contact with them for them to do that. Even though several employees saw me waiting. I highly recommend another store or online service.

Worst customer service ever. Been here 2 hours for a so far, 50 minute wait time. Still waiting.................. update!!We were finally helped by Paul, who was very professional and helpful. He apologized for the extremely long wait, ( not his fault) and took care of our needs. Next time, make an appointment.

Switched over from AT&T because we thought we were getting a wonderful promotion. We bought an iPhone 14 and we’re told at the store we would get one free. We were charged full price for the second phone. Called customer care and they said we need to go back to the store to get the promotion. We couldn’t activate our phones in the store so had to wait a few days and then spent hours trying to active our lines with customer care. We also received the Hulu/Disney bundle for free with our new plan. We activated our Disney but were still being charged by Disney so we called both Disney and Verizon on three way and spent hours trying to merge our accounts. Verizon customer care was so dismissed and said they couldn’t do anything about it so Disney customer care ended up figuring out the issue which should have been resolved by Verizon all along. We also switched from Xfinity internet to Verizon which is not great. Our phone service overall is not great either. I’m very dissatisfied with Verizon overall, wish I had never switched, customer care is the worse.

Absolutely scumbag of a Verizon location. 100 dollars to set up a phone they just sold in addition to a 35 dollar activation fee. Called Verizon, and they said no, it'd all included. Do not go here.

I wouldn’t even give this store or even the Verizon a one star. Talking about this store specifically then associates of this store are full of attitude and won’t even listen to you. For every question the answer will be “I don’t know” or “you need to speak to the customer service” and at the end of the day you will be left own your own. I switched from AT&T to Verizon thinking that this carrier provides better service but trust this company is a Fraud. The associates working here have different answers to the same questions and looks like they have no idea what company is even offering. Maybe they provide fast data but in return they will charge you in big amounts. When I spoke with someone on the phone they told me my bill will be $105 plus I will get $200 for keeping the same phone number. And when I went to this store, the associate told me my bill is going to be $200. The arrogance that the associate had was on another level. Instead of solving my issue he told me to speak to the customer service. So basically if you want to switch to Verizon then good luck and better be ready to solve your own issues because the only thing that company cares about is the MONEY. From my point of view this carrier is doing FRAUD with new customers and if you don’t want to end up in my situation then please don’t trust these associates because they have no idea what they are doing and will present FAKE promotions. The customer service is completely trash.
