“We recently transferred to this vet and so far have experienced nothing but kindness and caring toward us and our precious furbabies. This vet feels very family oriented and gives you the feeling that they genuinely care for your animal, and I appreciate that the doctors and techs give us full honesty when it comes down to tough decisions and paths forward; that is huge for me. In regards to surgery, we have only experienced one surgery so far which was a spay for our sweet girl, and the surgical team was extremely informative and communicated every step of the way. Our girl is healing nicely with no issues. From getting our sick puppy back to good health, caring for our epileptic sweet boy, and caring for our sweet senior boy and giving us honesty in the final leg of his journey with us, I cannot express enough how happy we are to have transferred here. Thank you Waterhouse! (And Madison for referring us! 😃)”

“A huge thank you to the entire team at Troy Ford Veterinary! Our family is so grateful for the care, compassion, patience, and expertise this team showed in helping get our Jada back to health—especially on such short notice. We truly appreciate everything you did for her. It means more than you know! Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our girl.”

“I was looking for a new vet, and tried this place. I'm switching all my animals now because they a so friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was tired of the corporate atmosphere at my last place.”

“Best care for my pets. After each surgery or all day care, they always call us the next day to check on our dogs. Doctors are amazing and will help with any questions u have. They never ever try to rush you out the door. They always make sure my pets and I are happy. Also the wellness plan is 100% totally worth it!!!! Saves us so much money each year!!!!”

“Banfield has provided excellent care for our pets, and we are very pleased with their services. Their wellness plans are quite comprehensive. We have been customers for two years, and our experiences have consistently been positive. The staff is exceptionally kind and supportive, especially when we need to leave our pet for procedures. I would certainly recommend Banfield to others.”

“The vets and techs truly care about the animals. Very responsible and thorough, lots of experience. The lobby is safe and people have well behaved dogs, unlike some of the bigger vets in the area. It’s nice and quiet and not overstimulating so the animals have a better experience imo. Prices seem about the same as anywhere else.”

“I was able to take in my cat for nonstop vomiting and diarrhea after going to the 24/7 vets with no improvement. I was able to make a same day appointment on the weekend, which was only 45 minutes after my phonecall. My cat was much more comfortable with the staff here (although still timid & anxious regardless). They were able to give us medication to remedy what was going on with her stomach to help treat her right away. I'm very satisfied with my experience here.”
