Loved the customer service. They were very polite made me feel comfortable. I have never had my toes done because of previous experience at salons when I have been to get my manicure and seen how nasty people can be. But at villa nails they made me feel very comfortable so thank you

So I’m here 04/17/23 and the time is 6:10pm. I called them to see how much their pedicures were and the man told me $35, no problem. I called again shortly after because I was lost and the man directed me to come by dd’s. So I walk in the store and it 2 workers and 2 customers. The lady worker says “how can I help you”… I tell her I’m here for a pedicure. She says we would but we’re busy.Why didn’t the man tell me that on the phone ? That was a waste of gas!! Don’t come here, they will discriminate against you !! Never again!!

Went here to get my nails done (a new set) he did no work on my actual nail, no cuticle cutting, no filing, no nail clipping. And then to top it off they made an elderly woman in a wheel chair wait outside in the rain because she showed up early for her appointment and they weren't "ready for her yet"
