Elyssa is not only friendly and professional but she is very talented. My daughter also goes to Elyssa for her fills. I look forward to seeing her every other week for my nail service and she gives the best pedicures as well.

I always book an appointment online at least one day before to make sure I get the nail tech I want. I have never had an issue with them running late or canceling my appointment, and I’ve been going for years!
Stylist: It took me quite a while to find a nail tech that did my nails the way I wanted them. Elyssa listens to what I request and I always walk out very happy with my nails. I usually get a gel manicure or sometimes gel builder and she keeps my natural nails strong, neat and clean. Her customer service is top tier! I usually go during lunchtime and she is never late or cancels. She respects my time, is efficient but thorough and I always leave happy with my nails! I can go three weeks or more sometimes between manicures, and I’m pretty rough on my hands. I’ve never had a problem with the gel chipping or fading, and she trims my cuticles perfectly. Don’t miss out on getting your nails done by Elyssa!

Experience was great. Tyson did a beautiful job on my nails. I don't like being ask to go to the ATM to get cash for a tip at checkout when I tried to pay with a credit card. After being asked to leave a cash tip twice before she would take my credit card, I found a couple dollars cash at the bottom of my purse. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Roza is my great Queen! She is literally the nail artist that I always wanted and I have to tell you… she sent me to Las Vegas and I had men and women stopping me to take a look at my nails… she is incredible! She takes so much time and is the most fun to talk with and is a deeply authentic woman full of life and amazing stories. This lady does it all.
Cleanliness: Right at home… it’s a heavy working place with lots of people and movement

This was my second time and last time at this nail salon. Both times, I got a pedicure- first time great experience - second time, not great at all. My nail technician was a man named Brandon. I'm not sure if he specializes in pedicures, but from my experience, he was not professional. The reason for this review is that he wasn't paying attention when handling the foot dremel. I don't even know what he was doing, maybe unplugging the machine? As he was leaning forward, the dremel tool still on and in hand cut my leg. I was talking to my friend beside me. I then looked back at what he was doing, and i tried to move my leg. When I saw that he was getting close, it was too late. He quickly grabbed my leg and was apologizing. He didn't ask if I wanted the service to continue, but I never said anything either. The second thing that went wrong was on me. I should have gotten up and left, but I sat there and let him continue the service. He preceded to put oil on my leg and where he had just cut into my skin and finished my pedicure. The guy should have stopped and ended the service and the manager should have been notified. I still paid and left with a soon to be scar on my leg. I hope and pray you don't let this happen to you. I was even debating writing this. But every time I look at my leg, I am reminded about how that happened.

The girl that was working on my nails didn’t understand the cut and color I wanted. She kept insisting the pink color I had chosen was the same on display she had showed me, which it was two different shades of pink. Also she was rush to finish my nails because customers kept walking in without appointments, she worked on my nails for less than 15 minutes. I wanted a manicure with gel… Very disappointed. Didn’t bother to leave a tip and paid $35

I love that I can make an appointment and she is ready for me, does a great job in a minimal amount of time, and is professional and friendly without talking too much. I have gone to several places and finally found the one I will keep going yo as long as service stays at this level.
