Customer service good but I noticed they don’t sterilize any of their nail Clippers, And the rest of their supplies for scrubbing your foot. I end up getting a virus on my foot a plantar wart very painful😡

I am not happy with my nails. Seemed rushed because the shape is not perfect either. I feel like I’ve wasted $50 for a refill that I’m truly unhappy with. I felt like since I’m the last customer it’s okay to rush and not satisfy the customer. I won’t be returning. I hope I can find a shop that truly values all of their customers.

I had a minor worry- if they can get me out in time for another appt I had. Mike understood the assignment and got two ladies to work on me at the same time. All 3 were so attentive! Michelle did my finger nails and corrected the supposed “coffin nails” I previously had. Lily worked on my toes and her massages were so great! I love Vogue nails and Spa because of the people that work there :)

This place use to be great , in the past, I’ve gotten acrylics as well as pedicures here . After my experience from last weekend I will never go back again. I booked three appointment and each of us spent over $40 for a pedicure. The massage chairs didn’t work, there was no foot scrubbing or massage. Basically I paid $47 for a polish change. I will never come back. So disappointed because this place used to be great.

I went in today just to get a nail polish, and it was a terrible experience. The lady doing my nails was constantly talking to another employee in their language and wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing. She punctured my cuticle so hard that it started bleeding. She also shaped my nails wrong, and when I asked for rubbing alcohol or first aid, she just gave me some kind of painkiller cream. I also noticed they weren’t cleaning their tools properly, which is very concerning. I ended up not getting my nails done.
