Decent store. I am giving 3 stars because just about every time I leave and check my receipt, I notice they aren’t charging me the right price (per the sticker on the shelf). I’d think it would easier to notice as they scan each item, but the way they do discounts at the end makes it hard to track. I check my receipts as I walk out the door. Each time, I find myself debating whether or not to turn around and go wait for someone to come to customer service, then wait for them to send a runner to check the price, all for my $4. I usually just leave, but it doesn’t have me feeling good about the store. Therefore I do the bulk of my shopping elsewhere.

Clean store. Cold section items behind glass doors.which nice so you know your cold items stay cold.. down side opening all the doors with your hands. The same one everyone else uses. Care for a side who knows what with your ice cream.lol

I went in on April 22nd with my husband and placed an order for a half sheet cake and a smash cake for my one year old’s birthday party. We were helped by Mary in the bakery department and probably spent a good 30 minutes with her going over the details of the cake. There was also a gentleman there who appeared to be the manager of the department as she referred to him about questions regarding our order. The date for pick up was for April 27th, and when my niece went to pick up the cake, they didn’t have it. They couldn’t even find the order and apparently could not get ahold of Mary, the girl who placed the order. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. We had a big birthday party and no cake. I would save yourself the headache and go somewhere else for your cake needs.

This is definitely my favorite grocery store. Super close and convenient to our house. They always have everything I'm looking for, plus beautiful bouquets of flowers for the wife

We had a problem with an apple gift card because it’s was fake or something and I leave my name, phone number and the receipt. I was supposed to get a call back and no one call me. I’m not interested to get my refund anymore. This happened on the 2/12/24.

Vons delivery does everything right EXCEPT they use door dash to delivery and the drivers smoke like crazy! I will do pick up from now on!

This store has gone downhill in the last 9 months to a year. The shopping carts are difficult to find, unless you grab one in the parking lot. Most times, there are not enough baggers to bag your groceries. If you do have the help, rarely do they ask if you need help out, much less say a word to you after they're done. Walking by the meat department one day, i heard the employees loudly laughing and freely dropping the F bomb. I have mentioned these concerns to various managers. Nothing is said to reassure me that they would be on it. Just excuses, or no real acknowledgment at all. The only teason i give it 2 stars is some of the employees are outstanding! Overall though, I'm very disappointed.

Worst customer service given to my mother on January 8, 2024. My mother went to inquire about a specific cut of meat she needed but the butcher and the teller in the meat department were so rude to her making her feel that she had no idea what she was talking about. They also went as far as talking about her and making fun of her in front of her because they thought she did not understand English. Due to this bad customer service, my mother left the store and was able to find the specific cut of meat she needed at a different store where she was not treated as an inferior or a nobody. Will not return to this Vons! Horrible customer service!

Not only is the store very clean but everything is always in stock. The staff is very knowledgeable about where items are in case you can’t find something as well.

The drive up and pick up gentleman, Marcos was super nice and understanding and was willing to give my order 15 minutes prior to 8am. I was able to get to work on time at 8am. Super convenient and great customer service. He is awesome! This is how all customer service should be like. Plus all my items are satisfactory and met my needs. I will be returning for sure. And Ilene was super friendly and professional when I called for assistance.

I love this store! I shop here everyday. Not only is the store very clean but everything is always in stock. The staff is very knowledgeable about where items are in case you can’t find something as well. The deli items are fresh and made daily. The fried chicken here is very good as well. The meat is fresh and packaged daily and the bakery bread is so delish! I highly recommended Vons to anyone wanting to get their moneys worth!

Store is nice. But we bought a signature ham for Christmas and it was the saltiest ham ever. Could not eat. It was like pouring salt on your tongue. Nasty
