Vons delivery does everything right EXCEPT they use door dash to delivery and the drivers smoke like crazy! I will do pick up from now on!

This store has gone downhill in the last 9 months to a year. The shopping carts are difficult to find, unless you grab one in the parking lot. Most times, there are not enough baggers to bag your groceries. If you do have the help, rarely do they ask if you need help out, much less say a word to you after they're done. Walking by the meat department one day, i heard the employees loudly laughing and freely dropping the F bomb. I have mentioned these concerns to various managers. Nothing is said to reassure me that they would be on it. Just excuses, or no real acknowledgment at all. The only teason i give it 2 stars is some of the employees are outstanding! Overall though, I'm very disappointed.

Was just there working on an order. I was watched the whole time. Seen me pay and when their cart locked up. They discriminated against me and harassed me for a receipt. Racist trash next time I’m record and sue you and your store.

I have been coming to this Vons for over 3 years now since I live just down the street from the store. For the most part, the employees are friendly and helpful. However, Jeannine and Lisa (at self-checkout) are always welcoming, friendly, kind, helpful, and upbeat. They always have a warm smile and easy-going demeanor so it is always a pleasure to see them because they make my shopping experience so much more enjoyable. They are truly a great representative of Vons! I really appreciate them because they are good and wonderful people.

I had no idea grocery shopping could be so exhilarating until I stepped into Vons! It's like a caffeine-fueled adventure where every corner leads to a new flavor revelation. Their aisle navigation is smoother than a perfectly scooped ice cream cone, and don't even get me started on the selection of beverages — it's a veritable liquid wonderland! Plus, their app is the fairy godmother of convenience, making me feel like a shopping ninja without the sweat. If only they offered a "dance-off while you wait in line" feature, it would be a perfect 5-star experience!

Day visit. Parking lot was empty.Pharmacy staff are amazing! They helped fill a Rx while I was visiting.There is a Starbucks in the parking lot just not inside lol.

The 2 people in the deli are faster than the 4 in the pharmacy. And I don't have to make an appointment with the deli only to wait 45+ minutes. Made an appointment two weeks ago, filled out paperwork online. Showed up 10 minutes prior to my appointment, signed off on paperwork, insurance was already on file. Told to go wait. Gentleman walk-up turned in paperwork after me. Same individual received their vaccination before me. Unsure how it takes a pharmacist, technician, cashier/clerk, and a nurse that long - the Covid vaccine is prefilled. And priority isn't given to people who make appointments - whats even the purpose then? Useless to waste your time beforehand, at least you'll have something to do while they waste your time on-site. Come here for your meats, don't bother for your drugs/vaccines.

I absolutely love shopping at Vons, this last weekend I needed a German Chocolate Cake ?. They didn't have any at the VONS on Kings Canyon, The Manager was kind enough to call the other Vons on Ashland and they held the last German Chocolate Cake ?? they had ??. That was greatly appreciated. It was definitely worth the 1 hour I drove to Fresno.

I rarely come here but when I do I have no issues. But today June 7th, I went in to buy an item. While at check out, I was thrown off by how rude the cashier was. Only a portion of the amount was approved with my debit card, which was odd because I had more then enough to spend. I told him to just cancel the transaction so the next person in line can check out. He simply in the more ugliest way said " well there's no point to cancel , I will just keep it open and ring the next person up and you can just pay his portion . Dumbfounded, I asked so you want me to pay for a small portion of someone else's purchasing when I want to figure out why my card isn't getting approved for the whole amount of my purchase? He said well yeah what's the issue? Haha the issue is you don't automatically assume or try to make someone pay for another person when clearly something is wrong.Which comes to find out my card had a block which I had to call my bank and got it taken care of . Don't be rude or talk to your customers like they are d****

I spoke to the florist about ordering a boutonnière for prom, she told me when the cut off date was. So I went to order it today per her instructions, and I was told by a different person working the floral department that they are no longer taking boutonnière/corsage orders due to Mothers Day. If the original worker I spoke with had given me correct information I would not have waited to order the boutonnière for the prom which is in 3 days now. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I rarely have a bad experience at any Vons store. The staff is always pleasant and willing to help with any request. The stores are always clean, well stocked, and carry a variety of brands and products others do not offer. I appreciate the produce quality. I know the produce will last longer on the counter than other stores I shop. The bakery is one of my favorites. This is where I get all our birthday cakes. I know the prices can be a little more, but if I use the Von's club specials, it works out about the same.
