Shitty pharmacy it’s been almost a week they don’t even answer just keep telling you to hold I was promised my prescription days ago and still nothing and I’m pregnant needing it .

The staff is friendly however many times they don't have my meds available and my Rx is delayed. Also I feel they are understaffed for the volume I believe this pharmacy services.

The pharmacy sucks and the pharmacy staff was rude, slow and don't know what they're doing. The pharmacy needs to hire younger people who are fast and know what they're doing. I would not recommend this pharmacy.

I had to wait 90 minutes past my appointment time for my flu and covid vaccines (as did the other people there). If not for the music festival I'm attending in two weeks, I would've left, but I don't want to pick anything up in the crowd so I felt I had to wait it out. No apologies from the staff. They seemed short staffed but they shouldn't be booking appointments online if they can't honor them.

The girls working in the photo department need to be retrained. After showing them the order number, confirmation number, one the the employees verifying in the system with an employee currently working that she did in fact print it out, they were unable to find it. Mind you, this was a same day photo order and it wasn't ready for 2 weeks! A complete waste of time. Use another location.

This place is the worst. They need to fire every single person that works there they never available to help, they always rude with customers. The lady with the long purple hair and glasses and the young white guy with a ring on his nose they are both horrible human beings. I don't know who gave them a job to work with people. They are far trained for that skill. I don't care if I drive far, but I will never step foot in that place again no wonder they only have one star. I had an incident happen the last time I went there, and I will take this to corporate.

Ridiculously slow at desk slow, drive through slow. Computer system update doesn't work right anymore. Just wanted a text when persciption ready. Worked before horrible updates. Want to seat in drive through for 20 minutes well you found your place.

Nicole's representation of Walgreens is not favorable, professional, or legal. Politics is not how people should be greeted. Customer privacy is paramount. I'm aware that times are tough for employees. My order was do yesterday, and I gave Walgreens an extra 24hrs without any argument. Nicole's response was to flirt with a married man and process another order for him to allow her more time to flirt. I'm no cock blocker, and I said I'd wait my turn. Nicole got defensive over her behavior and started in with political slurs while encouraging the customer. Get therapy before unemployment, because "gangsta bully" isn't hiring, and an M.R.S. Degree isn't in your weight class.
