I used to love the pharmacy at the Walmart Neighborhood Market at 1830 Shaw but not anymore. They have always been very helpful and friendly but something has changed. Tonight I went to pick up my prescription; I was a day late but their hours are not convenient. They don't open until 9 AM and close at 7PM (some days earlier) and they take time off for lunch. So I was wrong in being late but the pharmacists that I dealt with tonight was an angry, obnoxious, bully and he told me off for being late. I had never seen him before. Don't confuse him with the pharmacist named Bee who is always kind and helpful. Well, I was wrong for being late but I don't believe that I should have been humiliated and talked to in such disrespectful tones. Great customer service! NOT. I will not be back. My insurance company has been after me forever to change to their pharmacy which delivers via mail. No more trying to fit the Walmart Pharmacy schedule into my schedule. I also hope that Walmart will give this employee a lesson in customer service and just how to be nice to customers no matter what.

Been coming here over the years. Decided to come here to not have to contend with the Super WM. Well zero time saver here. Good thing I didn't need detergent or other stuff under lock and key.

I've been shopping here for years, and to be perfectly honest I will probably go back because it is cheap, which is why I'm giving it two stars and not one. They recently remodeled. I was hoping for an upgraded store, cleaner, better organized, nicer finishes. They reorganized but nothing is in a logical location, more things are behind glass. (More shoplifting I suppose? But it makes it very difficult for normal people to shop) The floors are bare concrete and I'm not going to mince words, it looks filthy. In some places it looks like they didn't sweep before they applied the clear coat. The flooring is darker so the dirt on top of the clear coat is more pronounced, it just looks horrible. The floors were a beige lino before the remodel and although it reminded me of a school cafeteria, it was fine. I'm told that lino will last 50 years with proper care, so why rip it out? What do they have planned for the next remodel? Bare dirt? Can't wait...

Checking it out and I need to get a few things. Of course, bought more than planned! Desks everywhere! Safe, clean and practiced. Very organized and easy to find what you need and then some! LOL. Impressed! Bought corn on the cobs, crispy jalapeños, eggs, spice cake mix, pumpkin pure, flamin hot Cheetos Mac N Cheese singles, black beans, Asian medley, Haribo berries, strawberry Atkins shakes and peanut butter Atkins cookies. They had everything, plus more! =) Self checkout after that and super simple! Great store! Highly recommended!

Does not honor prices that are clearly marked on their shelves in the store. The item was clearly marked on the shelf at one price, but then came up over $1 more at register. They went back to check and said that even though they saw the tag, that it wasn't the correct one that was supposed to be there, so they wouldn't honor that price even though it was the only one listed. Not great customer service, and not a great way to build customer loyalty. I will not be shopping here again.

I live closer to the kings Canyon Walmart, yet I choose to drive a little farther to Shaw & Fowler for a better shopping experience. They are always clean and organized, and their curbside pickup is WAAAY better at this location. Staff has always been friendly and attentive when they bring out my items. For being a neighborhood Walmart, they actually carry a lot of items. I'm able to get what I need and be in and out in a timely manner.

Currently at home with my mom, and we both have COVID. Naturally, we are isolating, so we had our groceries delivered. We already are signed up with Walmart+ but we especially needed to do delivery due to being sick. Today, I opened one of the juices we had purchased yesterday, Feb. 2nd. I took a sip before observing some suspicious black coloration near the bottle's opening. That's when I glanced at the expiration date: Dec. 22nd of last year! This is not the first time we have received expired food from the store and we called the local store and corporate last time and this time. Today, the local associate glibly told myself and my mom that she could do nothing, and we needed to call 1-800-WALMART. This is just ridiculous, and dangerous. I'm appalled that this is continuing to happen.

I stopped in this store to get a couple items for one my mom. They were completely wiped out on lactose free non fat milk. I could see in their walk in that there were pallets of product in the back. I asked an associate if he could check and see if they had the milk in the back. He answer to me was, "There is so much stuff back there you can't even open the doors". I asked him does that mean you don't have any? He said I don't know. Great customer service!! What a joke

Managment at this location is a joke. Delivery orders aren't taken seriously and will give you the run around. Contacted customer support who explained the location itself should be responsible and the manager here wants to blame everyone else and give me the run around. Please find a replacement since she's not capable of handling customer complaints

Horrible service when you order online for delivery. I ordered online for delivery at 1pm and was supposed to be delivered between 7pm-8 pm. At 7:45 received a notification that my ordered is delayed. The items were already shopped. I call the 800 number and the rep stated that the stores pick up is closed now. Why would they have that time slot and later time slots for delivery if the can't do it. I waited all day. I will no longer shop at Walmart. They do not care about their customers at all. I will pay a little more to shop elsewhere. When I shop at Target online they charge less for delivery and they are always on time and I always have a great experience. Every time I shop online for delivery at Walmart they deliver wrong items and spoiled produce and forget items. Lesson learned.

I bought tillaniook cheese today 1-1-2022 cut a piece to eat and the minute I tasted it I knew something was wrong. I look and the best by date is 6-7-2021 GROSS!! That expired is Unacceptable. Going to shop at the store I suggest you check all the best by date before you purchase. I will be calling corporate as I feel this is something that needs to be addressed!!

Even for a Walmart this company lacks professionalism. It's ridiculous that they can't admit to a mistake and are making me jump through hoops over an error on their machine. Then after talking to a manager hearing them talk about me and arguing who has to deal with me when I wasn't rude until I heard then talking about me. Anyways I avoid this place as is and will never come back.

This store is absolutely filthy! A few months ago I went in there and saw how dirty it was, so I spoke to a manager and she simply said "okay thanks" and went about her business. I called corporate and they sounded as if they were going to do something about it. So I went in last night and these are the pics I took around the register and under displays. I called corporate again and they forwarded me to a customer call center overseas. There is no excuse for filth like this in a grocery store in a neighborhood like Clovis. Unacceptable!
