One star is too many. Coach John and the management have instructed their employees to refuse open box returns purchased at a different Walmart. This is not Walmart policy. I asked a lead named Ebony about where this policy was since it's not on the receipt and not in the store. She told me it's online. When I told Coach John that Ebony told me the policy is online he got angry. I asked if he could show me or provide a link to this policy and he said it would take hours because it was a very difficult policy to find. He is a blatant liar. Corporate said it was not Walmart's policy and that it's not online or anywhere else. Corporate told them over the phone to process the return and they refused. I ended up going to a different Walmart and they processed the return without issue. What's wrong is this store does it on purpose because they don't want it to affect their "numbers". They won't follow their own policies because it lowers their score. They don't care about their customers. Why bother with this location when there are much nicer and cleaner stores in Fresno and Clovis.

One of the worst stores I have ever visited. The workers are lazy and never know where things are, the people at the self checkout are rude, and an elderly lady in customer service just kept staring at me and wouldn't help me on a return. She just sat there and stared. She wore a red hat. I will not be visiting this store anytime soon.

Wish there was minus stars. The attitude of disrespect and horrible service by managers on duty at Walmart. STORE #02277--Clovis Walmart, 323 W Shaw Ave, Clovis, CA 93612 at 11/29/2024 at. 2 pm. I was returning unopened tire chain at the same store within 4 days of purchase. The return policy states 90 days. Return desk lady was did not want to return item, stating store policy. I asked for a store manager, one lady showed up claiming to be the head store manager, and refused the return. I asked them to show me the policy they couldn't find one. Manager said it was posted, so I asked her to show me and she couldnt find any signs. I called 1-800-walmart and they told me to go back in the store and give the manager my phone so they could talk to her. A different lady named Shyrell (dirty clothes, ungroomed, and purple hair) showed up and refused return and refused to speak to Walmart agent on phone (agent heard it on the speakerphone). I expected more professionalism and non-racist attitude.

I bought a Faberware 2 burner electric cooktop from the Walmart Supercenter and also an Allstate 2 year protection plan for it. After about 6 months one of the burners stopped working. I tried to get a replacement from either the store or Allstate but neither helped me. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and hope this issue will be resolved. But I will NEVER buy electronics from Walmart again! If I could post this review with minus stars I would!

i waited over 10 minutes for someone to come unlock the spray paint and asked an employee and got ignored ended up waiting 30 minutes for a can of spray paint

Well, it is walmart so it does have some cheap products and some product are kind of over priced compared to other store like for example chips.

Still the lowest prices around. Almost everything there is as cheap as it gets especially for good quality items. The employees are always super friendly and I always find what I need.

These people were straight up rude. We got here minutes after 10 pm hauling around a faulty 75 inch tv to see if we can exchange it and they wouldn’t take it back since apparently their system was down after 10 pm.
They couldn’t find the manager. Anthony was missing.
The “coach” Jeanette came in and said she c couldn’t do anything for us and we couldn’t leave it here and come back at 7 am to get it figured out.
We were forced to haul it back with us.
Just absolutely terrible customer service.
I will never return to this location again.

Normal Walmart, not the most organized at the entrance of the self check out. Need more signs letting people know that the line starts in the middle of an isle.
