“Mr. Albert Kaz is a true artist! I had the opportunity to look at his creations while I waited to be helped. From simple to intricate designs, all his jewelry is striking and beautifully crafted. He is kind and generous, also, as he helped an elderly couple ahead of me with the gentleman’s watch, and didn’t charge them for the time he spent making sure it was working well. I went into his store to get my wedding ring cleaned, polished, and resized. I was very pleased with the time and cost to care for it. Other places I called required a minimum of 3 days, but he did all that work in only a couple hours. My ring now looks like new again! The thing that impressed me the most is the customer service. I felt welcomed and treated with respect. Even though I walked in with a baseball cap and t-shirt, I wasn't judged. Deann noted my interest in an OP41 and even gave me a 2023 Rolex Catalog to take home.”

“My wife and I wanted to get new rings for our 10 year anniversary and Myra made it the best experience I have had at any jewelry store. I had an amazing experience at this location on Kings canyon. Myra had the best customer service. She made sure that I got the ring that I actually wanted and adored. Previously, We had went to the Sierra vista location and left because they had terrible service and we felt rushed and judged. Myra did more than make up for a bad experience at the other location. I will definitely be going back and referring people to the kings canyon location. The store was very clean.”

“You won’t find better customer service and satisfaction; at any other location in the central valley. I have been shopping around for diamond studs as a birthday gift for my niece. I happened to have stumbled across this location in the Sierra Vista Mall after having lunch. I was quickly greeted and welcomed with a smile from Teri the lovely lady behind the counter. She introduced her self and I told her my situation. She quickly replied with “I have plenty to show you” and pulled out 4 options for me to look at! I asked the other ladies behind the counter for their option Crystal showed me her favorite and told my about princess cut diamonds which was what I ended up picking. I was rung up by the store manager Liz who explained financing if I was interested, but ended up paying in full. The process was quick and painless, and as I was paying Cindy and Xiomara even did a little gift wrapping for me. As I walked out they all wished my niece a happy birthday and it made my day! If you are looking for quality jewelry and exceptional customer service. This location is the place to go, I will be back!”
