I don’t like how they let people solicítate on the property like the lady selling strawberries with her child in a stroller coming up on me while I’m trying to withdraw money from the drive up atm, that’s just too invasive and horrible honestly. She wouldn’t get out of the way from my passenger window until I acknowledged her and I’m like lady leave? I also don’t like how this bank had a teller not know how to do her job and let money be stolen from my account after she assured me that it wouldn’t be stolen if she cancelled my card. Turns out she needed to cancel my whole account instead to assure that my money wouldn’t be stolen by Crunch Fitness by the way who also didn’t have permission to take my money out of my account. I asked her twice to make sure and I still got my money stolen and nothing was done about it. Not great that there were no measures taken to prevent this from happening or helping me afterwards. So I wasn’t happy about this either. Do better Wells Fargo from Clovis.

My grandma banks with them, I needed to put money into her account so she could get home and they started acting like I was trying to take money out. Needlessly difficult to do even simple things, there's a reason why new smaller banks are taking over

Only leaving a 1 star because you cannot leave worse ,, this is the most uncaring selfish bank in Clovis ... 12,15 people in line and 1,2 People working, literally takes forever at this back,, I can't think of anything more rude than not caring about peoples time.

The person we dealt with was not welcoming at ALL!!!! No, hello, welcome to Wells Fargo, or thank you for coming in.Sheesh! If you're unhappy or annoyed, find a different job! The attitude should be left at home when you shut the door!!!

This is the least bank I like to come they always have a big line and only two or three bank tellers it’s so dissatisfied

Speed of service is terrible. Only 1 or 2 tellers at the window. Long lines of inconvenience. You have mangers and other employees walking around laughing having a blast instead opening up another window. Average wait time usually 30-45 mins if your lucky.

All the Wells Fargo Banks in Fresno close at 4:00! How does this closing time assist working individuals that get off at 5:00? Please Wells Fargo change your hours back to pre COVID when no they stayed open to 6:00 pm for working customers. I might have to leave after many years of service because of the inconvenience.
