My grandma banks with them, I needed to put money into her account so she could get home and they started acting like I was trying to take money out. Needlessly difficult to do even simple things, there's a reason why new smaller banks are taking over

Only leaving a 1 star because you cannot leave worse ,, this is the most uncaring selfish bank in Clovis ... 12,15 people in line and 1,2 People working, literally takes forever at this back,, I can't think of anything more rude than not caring about peoples time.

The person we dealt with was not welcoming at ALL!!!! No, hello, welcome to Wells Fargo, or thank you for coming in.Sheesh! If you're unhappy or annoyed, find a different job! The attitude should be left at home when you shut the door!!!

Speed of service is terrible. Only 1 or 2 tellers at the window. Long lines of inconvenience. You have mangers and other employees walking around laughing having a blast instead opening up another window. Average wait time usually 30-45 mins if your lucky.

All the Wells Fargo Banks in Fresno close at 4:00! How does this closing time assist working individuals that get off at 5:00? Please Wells Fargo change your hours back to pre COVID when no they stayed open to 6:00 pm for working customers. I might have to leave after many years of service because of the inconvenience.

I was out in ten minutes. Was waiting in line for five minutes because there was a person in front of me. The bank is clean and the staff is very friendly.

Zero Stars. In line for over 30 minutes. Teller took my deposit, but spent almost 10 minutes scanning and reviewing it. She did not want to take the next customer so she delayed and delayed my transaction. Topping it off she now needs a manager to approve my deposit with no cash back. Took the manger 10 minutes to come over and review her work. He basically took his time reviewing what she reviewed, again more delay. Line is now out the door, with business customers ( who I am) complaining about the fact that they do not have the business teller line open. The manger was taking his sweet time knowing I needed to leave because of other commitments. It seems that employees are working as slow as possible because of lack of staff. Zero customer service, after 10 more minutes I left without completing my deposit. I will go to a customer friendly bank, such as CB&T they care about customer service.

He basically took his time reviewing what she reviewed, again they delayed and delayed. Line now is basically out the door. They did not care, after about 10 minutes of the manager doing nothing I took my deposit and left. A wasted 40 minutes of my life. I go to another bank who treat me as a valued customer.
