Not everyone understand the value of customer service. I want to recognize one of your employees who does, and left me feeling good about your bank.This week I needed to coordinate a banking issue for my Mom who lives in another city. Mom was frustrated by not finding help at her branch. I had it’s the opposite experience here in Fresno.Rachelle was a pleasure to deal with as she listened to my needs, told me what I needed to do, got me the paperwork I needed, and even called my Mom’s branch to coordinate with them. Thanks to her professionalism, my goal was accomplshed.Thank you Rachel for treating me as an important customer!

My wife, a former banker, called the branch to see about opening new account. The manager Heidi said no one was available including herself. Said someone could maybe call be this evening. Horrible service. My wife decided not the place to bank.

Terrible customer service. I am writing this review while waiting in line. There are seven customers waiting - only two tellers and four employees chatting where we can see them! I now remember why I never come here.

If you like waiting in line forever every time then this is this the bank for you. 1 to 2 tellers at all time no matter what time of the day. Slowest branch in the Fresno/Clovis area

12 people in line with only 2 tellers open and 2 tellers standing around gabbing I hate coming to this branch I would use the ATM but I'm waiting for a new card to come in the mail

Well Fargo follows crazy policy to let customers waiting forever on the phone and has very few bankers to help me. We have to have an appoinment to get your attention. The service is very bad as compared to three yrs ago. I do not want to put my moneys into Well Fargo bank anymore because of very substandard services. It is time to boycott this bank !

Horrible serviceNo one answers the phoneI tried to make an appointment online and had to use a different reason for my coming in cause the real reason isn’t listedMy appointment is 11 days away and now that I’m reading the reviews I wonder if I will even be seen. If no one calls me I may have to change banks…. Why don’t you have an answering machine for us “older” individuals who are not computer literate. Where is service??

All the Wells Fargo Banks in Fresno close at 4:00! How does this closing time assist working individuals that get off at 5:00? Please Wells Fargo change your hours back to pre COVID when no they stayed open to 6:00 for the working customers. I might have to leave after many years of service because of the inconvenience.

Friday morning abut 11:30am Walked in to check on an account and a credit card my husband applied for. We didn't make an appointment and waited in line behind 5 other people until a banker asked us what service we needed and told us we could have a seat and a banker would be with us shortly.We waited about 5 minutes and a young banker came to get us and we followed him back to his desk. He took care of what we needed, no problem and we were off. While in line an impatient gentleman asked the banker at least twice if they could get another teller because it was ridiculous that he was having to wait in line. There were 3 tellers working pretty quickly but not at the speed the gentleman needed.I continue to say, praise the ones that show up and put your patient panties on. Geez. 4/5 stars because there's no more water or coffee in the lobby.

TERRIBLE customer service!!! I came to the branch on Herndon and Fowler because my account was shut off with no explanation. No one really knew what to do so I asked for the supervisor and as stated I was told "im too busy to help you out"(David Murti). At the time there was barely any customers in the bank. Would not recommend coming to this branch if you need any help with your account or honestly anything in general.
