I love Aldi for how affordable and accessible it is but the staff at this location is kind of rude. They hardly acknowledge you and when I asked if they sold gift cards because I wanted to buy one, the girl at the register said no, even though as we were leaving we saw gift cards were literally on display. Staff just makes it seem its a burden to check you out (even though that's literally the job you signed up for). You don't have to kiss your customers butts but you can have decency to acknowledge them and not lie to them.

Have not been to the new store yet , looking forward to my visit in the near future love,love,love ALDI in LA Quinta have shopped there many times never disappointed

It's great, it's a bit bigger than the Aldi in La Quinta and Palm Desert but still the same prices. I'm happy to have one closer to home. All the negative reviews from people who haven't been or aren't used to the quarter to use the cart system are funny.

Today was my first time going to the store in Coachella. The store was not cold. The produce was not cold. This is not safe. I never went to another Aldi's store that did not have proper air conditioning.

The store is great an all but the staff friendliness is not there . Staff where clearly too busy with items to help the customers. Nobody at check out. When I asked to please be checked out .staff basically looked at me with like I was the worst person in planet earth ?. Rocio at check out was extremely rude and full of attitude. When I asked if she can help me place my items in the Aldi recycling bag I had just bought. She gave me a smirk and threw my items in the cart smashing the fruits I had just purchased. She clearly hates working at Aldis . She should give the opportunity to work at Aldis to someone who would appreciate their customers.

I ? this ? Aldi it's an Awesome ? store. It has Self Checkout ? and the mobile pickup is Amazing ? I would definitely be ? it's better that La Quinta and Palm Springs ? Thanks for be and eco-friendly company!

Haven't gone there yet but I heard that it's cheap (maybe since they just opened). Also there are so many people boycotting the store for some reason and others saying that they have horrible customer service. Maybe it will get better as time goes by but for now I'll keep it at 2 stars. Will update once I visit the store.

Aldi grocery store located here in Coachella Valley is Aldi is a new Aldi. Super nice and clean. It's not like any other audio seen so I'll be here everything almost everything stocked up so they have full stock of everything. Good place to grocery shop Aldie here nice cool plenty of parking right by Starbucks right by McDonald's, if you haven't been already missing out on the good deals, check them out to the bit faster efficient friendly stats for me as a lot of self checking out so it's kind of different but you can also get to the teller. Check them out take a look shop at Aldi Aldi's here in Coachella Valley, California

This location opened on Thursday so I stopped in tonight at 8 pm. The store was still pretty busy. Everything was clean & organized. Employees appeared knowledgeable & helpful when I had a couple questions. A few items I was looking at didn't have prices. That needs improvement. Manager was helpful when I told her I didn't want the small oat latte can that rang up as $2.98. She gladly removed it. I was unsure if this location would have all of the same German items that the La Quinta location does. It sure does! I hope that stays the same. My grandmother was born & raised in Germany & it's often difficult to find her goodies that she likes. So she got bratwurst, sauerkraut, & Braunschweiger tonight. I work nearby, so I'll definitely be back.
