Second time they got gave me sloppy incomplete food. I complained to the manager and they said to come in and they would fix it ,so I drove 50 miles only to have Cassie refuse to replace the order even after I had her call the manager who said to replace it. She even said that they would refuse to serve me ever again18 tacos with almost no letace or cheese,I had picturesAvoid this location. Rasists

Edit. The owner reached out to us to make this right he replaced the food at another location he also checked the cameras to see if they had in fact spit in the food he said they did not but I doubt he would tell us if they did why open himself up for a lawsuit… but he was super friendly he did replace the food and was super friendly, I appreciate the timely response and we picked up the food at his location on hwy 111 next to McDonald’s not sure of address but that is the store we normally goto the food was good as it always is when we go there, he also let us just get 12 chicken soft tacos instead of 6 burritos as we don’t really care for there burritos, I would recommend his other location still avoid the one on Dillon next to loves he need to replace that crew with people who want to work, the other store was super busy and we still got our food faster than we did at Dillon when there was no one in the store, he clearly cares about his business now he should work on hiring people that cares about there job like he cares about his business and he would probably get a lot better reviewsWe decided to get a fiesta pack we were only people in drive thou or the store, well we waited for 20+ minutes for our food just to have a long black hair in it, and they spit in our food we truly believe, food in being tested now, we called customer support that said take the food back and they will replace the order with out ?. So I return to the store the following day with my receipt and all the food minus half a taco, like customer support told me to, for the rude manager in the store to tell me I’m lying I didn’t talk to anyone and there not going to replace my food. This has got to be the worst place I have ever been, though out all my years I have never been disrespected and treated so poorly by anyone working, any where, if I had talked to a customer like they talked me me I would have been fired on the spot from every fast food job I have had, if I could rate minus stars I would, they were not wearing hairnets, they were not wearing gloves, like I know there is exceptions to the hairnet rules but not the glove rules, and they clearly did not follow any of the California health laws, first night they had non employees behind the counter, we order our food just to have people walk in the store after we had ordered and waiting on our food, for them to make and hand out the people’s order in the lobby before us, the discrimination and racism we faced here is absolutely absurd, we are not letting this go. We are filing a lawsuit on del taco as well we will be filing criminal charges on the employees that worked the night all this took place…. Food is being tested further…….I will have there job and they will be put in jail or deported either way we will have justice

Nobody is in the drive through line except for me, and I’m sitting at the ordering screen as the guy on the microphone is telling me to hold. Been sitting here way too long!! Garbage service. It’s literally empty inside. I’m leaving.

Stopped on our way to LA. Took my daughter (who has disabilities) to use the restroom first and omg, the music is so loud that I had to yell for her to hear me. It’s nowhere but in the bathroom. The dining room was dead quiet. My daughter had a sensory overload meltdown.The bun tacos were good though.

Parked here for the night... i ate here twice in one day... the day crew was nice... but it was the night crew who really solidified my opinion that they have great customer service ! Its rare to find good service now days ... so i definitely feel good after my visit

I’ve been here about 5 different times during a business trip and the line takes 10-15 minutes even when there’s only 1 person in the line … like are they doing something else in the back that we don’t know of ?? Someone needs to
