Went in with my 5 year old son had a basket of shopping and my son asked to use the restroom .the staff member just said the restroom was not working .i responded both as they have two and was told that public restrooms are closed toilet is just for staff !
Very rude attitude and clearly did not want to walk to getthe key for restroom as its not first time in there. I know that is all thats needed.

Things I Like-
Very nice kept store. The staff are friendly and helpful. Store hours are convenient and there is always upfront/close parking available. Usually very well stocked with a wide variety of items. The seasonal items are upfront and easy to access.
Things I don't like-
Traffic off of Harrison St is a nightmare when trying to exit. I recommend using grapefruit to exit it's way less stressful. The Hygiene supplie shelves are sometimes bare. 8 times out of 10 there is only one cashier open. So there will be 7-9 people ahead of you to checkout depending on what time of the day you go. The unhoused population is heavy in that area and there is usually a few out front of the store.
Be careful, self aware and always park as close as you can to the store.

Worst service ever and the employees are really really rude instead of welcoming you in there it just make you just wanna walk back out the door and that’s disgusting. Specially the manager and the manager has no manners or respect for their customers at all. They need to go back to school and learn their manners and learn how to do their job they should be professional and stop acting like there’s somebody and stuff, but in reality they’re just a retail manager poor Store Service
