I always go to Jiffy Lube for my oil change now since they are so fast, and they actually check your car. They will tell you if you need any fluid, a filter, or air on your wheels with no extra charge. 100/100

I was approached immediately when I got off my car and was offered assistance. Victor showed me where to wait and where the restroom and wait area was without me asking. Victor let me know what else my car needed besides oil change. The work on my car was done quickly and my windshield was cleaned and air was put in one of my tires. I will definitely return to Coachella jiffy lube and hopefully Victor is there to welcome me again!!! 5 star experience for sure, thank you so much for letting me write this review.

I am giving this location 5 stars that are well deserved. They treated me with respect and were so kind and professional. I believe it was Robert who handled my situation. What a gentleman. I am so pleased with my service. My new wipers, filter, and they even zip tied a part of my car that was hanging for no charge.This location has honest hard working individuals who are kind and I highly recommend this location. I called this morning about a brake service oil change, they said first service was in a first come first serve basis( totally understandable) Super friendly and Victor was very helpful and knowledgeable. I thought I needed to replace brakes, did not need to. Thanks for the great service Victor!

I don’t know how I feel about the labor charges. I came in at 9:40am the work was completed by 10:50am. They showed me the new parts installed but when I see the bill I’m charged for 2.30 hrs of labor which was incorrect. It only took an hour which is billed at $119. I don’t like being overcharged also the noise can still be heard even after the replacement. Victor assured me that I would need to break in the new hardware. We will see. Otherwise, service was good as always with friendly staff, but this visit left me hesitant about recommending JiffyLube.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Victor seems to be the person in charge here. Has very poor customer service! Did not seem welcomed there, especially after I was yeld at for no apparent reason. I can tell he has all the employees tense and walking on egg shells. I will definitely NOT come back here for business!!!
