“I only visit when needing to wash Xtra large bedding items and have not done that for quite sometime so was not sure which machines would be the best to use for the quantity I had, as well as the most cost effective. The Manager must have noticed my dilemma as I was transfering my items back and forth from one machine to another, and stopped what she was doing to help. Within 2 minutes, and a little education pointed out the correct machine to use, saving me time and money as well as her machines being used properly. She also pointed out from glancing at the bottle of soap I brought, to use only half. I brought enougth for two loads so wasn't going to use it all, but still appreciated her input. She also made my bad quarters work when had only two more to go after already depositing $10.00. I would have quit and gone home. Exceptional customer service. Hardworking, knowledgeable, problem solving, efficient employee representing this business and does it all with a smile. It's rare! I believe I was there the afternoon on March 12th and will be back shortly to finish up.”

“Love this place! First of all it’s open 24 hours. And you have to love that! The machines accept cards or quarters. They have some really really big washing machines here. They also have security on site and the place was clean. I recommended highly I will be going back to do all my laundry. There’s also a special between 11 PM and 6 AM.”
