Done me wrong Loves. Drove an hour and a half to get fuel. It shows on trucker path, googles, and Love's app that you have a fuel deal.
ALL fuel islands are blocked closed. There's no mention at all of zero fuel or zero def. Many drivers are pulling in front of me in frustrated being waved off as well as drivers behind me. I thought y'all would have a better notification setup. Come on.

This Love's location absolutely sucks. The worst Love's I've ever been to. It looks like they're shutting down the location or something. Confusing to get in, then once you find the entrance, you're confused because everything is torn apart inside. What kind of circus is this?

Great place to stop for fuel and supplies for trips. Friendly and helpful staff. Always try to hit Love's when we're on the road. Highly recommend!

Service centre slow. When I came in they told me 3 trucks ahead of on tire repairs. After 11/2 hrs hoping to be 2 more trucks ahead of me, am told they still have three ahead of me. I don't know whats going on here. Am diamond on both fuel and service. I don't think they using company policy (first come first served)

CLUELESS EMPLOYEE
I just called this place asking their exit on I 10. The employee said she didn't know. I asked her to ask someone who does.
She put me on hold and came back to give me the store address. I asked her again and she was going to put me on hold again !
It's a simple question...but put me on hold twice ?

This has to be the worst loves I’ve ever came to. They’re doing construction right now. They have the bathrooms closed off and none of the freezers are working so you can’t even buy a cold drink. Why even be open? This place is good for fuel only I guess.

This place is horrible! We will definitely not be returning here! The pumps don’t work.. the bathrooms are nasty! They make it so difficult to use the men’s room that’s in a trailer.. that they locked in the morning.. like WTH! Then they opened the showers up for bathroom use.. only to find that someone threw up all over the place.. no one cleaned it up.. so disgusting!

This is the worst Love's. Dirty store and bathrooms. Drink coolers had all the drinks at room temp. Could not find a cold one of anything.

Place was packed with folks everywhere.
Restroom 🚽 was being remodeled so I didn’t dare step in to the replacement temporary they have set up. I just kept it pushin. Burgers 🍔 from Carl’s Jr smelt bomb but I had leftovers from last night.
