Grand place to store your toys! I’m an original owner, phase one, and it’s been fun to see it come together. All phases are complete and it’s every thing that they said it would be. The bathrooms are spotless and the ice machine is a real bonus. It’s easily accessed via a number of arterial streets and highways with great security. As far as responding to any service requests….they are right on top of it.

Beautiful facility that is professionally managed and has incredible amenities. We just recently purchased a unit and have met kind, generous and welcoming owners that are willing to help in any way they can if need be. The management has always been there in support of us answering any questions or concerns promptly and professionally. We can confidently store items of great value and feel confident that we would have no cause for worry or concern.

I am happy with the decision about keeping my toys in Luxtor storage, facility is clean and beautiful. Owner is very attentive . I have nothing but a good words to say, hope quality of management maintains the same level of service once turnover to condominium association.

Excellent place to keep your toys, RV etc. Steve built and is the on site manager. Onside mechanics and shop for RVs, restrooms, water, air, electricity. All units have split unit heat and AC. Very Secure and modern

Purchased our unit while we were still on the east coast prior to our move across the country in May 22. Could not be happier, was so lucky to find this place that Mike was building. The adding of the onsite service makes owning our coach so much easier, they pick up and deliver right to your bay….living in the desert there is no choice but keeping our motorhome garaged and climate controlled….Luxtor offers it all and the team that has supported us from day one and we continue to interact with regularly has been fantastic! Joe

I've purchased a unit in Luxtor inter second phase. Awesome place. Fully air-conditioned, Insulated with painted floors. Amazing how clean my 2023 Newell stays inside the unit with the dust storms. They are finishing the last phase now. Cannot recommend Luxtor enough. Definitely a hidden gem in the valley.

If outward appearance plays a role in how to discern quality, then when you first drive into the Luxtor RV Storage & Service facility in Coachella, you will be sold. I had a deposit on one of the original units but stumbled into an available unit (rare) at all inside storage. It does not have the amenities as Luxtor just a lower cost. Had no problem getting the deposit refunded, thank you Ted.

A friend told me about this place; a great referral! I would highly recommend. I was leaving town shortly after my request for service. They were able to fit me in and complete the service within 24 hours of my request. They were also extremely honest about what needed (and what didn’t need) to be completed. The facility is immaculate and the staff is very friendly.
