“Everything is great, don't understand people talking about the eggs, the eggs are meant to be fully cooked if you wanted it less cooked you could ask to see if they can do it. Lines can be slow but it's because people are putting their items back in their cart after paying. If you have 20 or less items go to self checkout because it will take longer to wait in line when everyone in has their cart full then in self checkout, though sometimes both can be busy especially before holidays. Also I've noticed new people going there don't grab tickets when going to the meat section, please help make it easier for the employees and people who already shop there, and grab one, I've went and people complain about me going first, the employees are not going to know you want to be served unless you get a ticket and wait in line like the rest. I always see new customers standing far or standing near but not speaking and just looking around, I know they see the ticket grabber but decide or think they are above it, you're not, you're going to just get others mad who did wait with their ticket. Just because your old grocery store didn't do tickets doesn't mean this one is going to be the same. Otherwise a great store with understanding employees! 😄👍”
“This is such a unique little grocery store—definitely not your typical market. Their carne asada and fresh salsa are absolutely amazing and worth the stop alone. You can tell everything is high quality and made with care.
They also carry a lot of specialty and hard-to-find items, which makes it a fun place to browse. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but it’s perfect when you’re looking for something special or unique. A great go-to spot for standout ingredients and a really good meal!”
“Hidden Gem. For those who know, know. The tamale masa is the best and needs no modifications, the Carne asada is tender and seasoned by hand with real lemon amd orange juice. I have to take my Jolla and try the ready to cook Barbacoa. Do not sleep on this spot 40 years and going strong.”
