Horrible! They never help with phone issues, eventhough i bought it there and they charge for insurance when i said no! They always send me and my friends to other locations because they don't want to touch our "dirty" phones. so rude.

warning!!! do not shop here. the customer service is terrible. i dealt with the so called manager myra and the sales associate sandra and they are rude and have no respect. i walked in to purchase a new phone and sandra had no idea and knowledge of the phones that she had in stock. i had to read every single point of purchase card on display to make a choice of phone on my own. i paid cash and i didn't realize that i did not get a receipt until i hot home. i started inputting all my apps and email info and i realized the phone was not charging when it was hooked up to the charger and the phone was hot. i took the phone back to the store after 2 hrs. i explained to both of them that the phone didn't work and immedeatly they told me that there was no refunds or exchanges. i told them that they did not give me a receipt and they didn't tell me that before i bought it. they were both very rude to say the least and they were trying to throw me out of the store. sandra got my new non working phone and threw it out of the store with the bag and called the police because i would not leave. they eventually printed me a receipt and i called the toll free numbers on the receipt and none of the numbers were good. one phone number had one too many numbers, the other number was a fax tone, and the 3rd number was a recording that said it was unable to make tye call from my valling area. i asked for the owners information and they refused to provide it. i asked for the corporate number and district rep and they also refused to provide me with it. the police showed up and sided with me, but said that the police had their hands tied because it was a civil matter. the police ended up finding out where the corporate store was located at and i went there fir help. what a difference, carlos and luis were the best. the resolved my issue by exchanging my phone with another same model phone. do not shop at this store!!!! the girl in the picture claims that she is the manager her name is myra. she will rip you off if you are not cautious.

Very poor customer service, unprofessional and rude.purchased a new phone.three hours later when it was found that phone was defective. We were told it's not their problem. Sandra, who sold the phone did not give a receipt when the phone was purchased with cash.....Very Suspicious.. Beware of this location do not trust them with your business. no customer service and overall not representing what a true metro by t-mobile store should be. ( Indio location is a corporate store and definitely the place to go :)

My phone isn't working correctly I've called customer service (611) and follow the instructions they gave me I went back to the store I bought the phone from for help the lady I spoke with was very rude and refused to call customer service (611) I called 611 several more times and have been instructed to go back to the same store to get a new phone. I will be on my best behavior.
