Octavio is hands down one of the most helpful people I’ve met in my entire LIFE. Whether it’s him checking me in or prepping my car for the wash he gets the job done.I’ve seen him single handedly run the entire store before; 10, 20, 30, heck even 40 cars could not phase this man.If you see this man up front or in the show room, give him a round of applause. He does more than any congressman or woman could ever; he could single handedly fix the world.

This car wash is mainly for people with the monthly pass. I paid $26 for a single wash which was the top tier car wash with armor all and all the ceramic coats. After it was done being washed, I was not impressed, the car was soaked and had no shine. The wheels still looked dirty. I go to car washes like this all the time and the top tier is usually $14 and those do a way better job then this car wash. I'd say this is a low end car wash with expensive prices. This only makes sense for the monthly pass users. Other than that I would not recommend it. If the price was $14 Instead of $26, I'd still give them a 1 star. Horrible wash. They need to make inside of the car wash longer with more attention to detail. They have low end equipment

On june 24 my wifes car was rear ended it took the manager(jorge antillo) over a week to look at the video. I have gone 3 times to talk to the manager (jorge antillo) and every single time i have gone its been excuse after excuse. At this point it is july 17. First he said he did not have access to the video that he was waiting for his boss (Jeffry Martin) to give him access to the video. After that he said he could not make a desicion that his boss (Jeffrey Martin) has to make the decision. That i would get a call shortly. I have never received a call or any communication. I went one more time and was fed lies about why i was not called saying my phone must not work. Being a former employee in the maintenance i rode the car wash and new what the problem instantly of why it happen when i brought that up he denied that issue and said it was not possible. At this point i am just going to get my wifes car fixed out of pocket. And be done with quick quack. I had never seen this side of quick quack they preach way different when you work for them. As of now if you want headaches and lies your in the right place.
