Bought 2 refrigerators.They turned out bad.Tried get a hold of them to see if they can help out with the problems the fridges are having they don’t pick up and when they did they hung up.Very upset because I bought 2 refrigerators , stove and microwave.

Natalie is by far the best employee I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is professional and polite but most importantly she is happy to help. You can tell she takes pride in helping customers and it is truly refreshing to see. She is patient and she goes above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. She has helped me twice now and both times it was for a replacement of my product under warranty and not once did she treat me any different than if I was a customer making a purchase. Thank you for amazing service Natalie it does not go unnoticed.

Hard to find (not in GPS!), delivered wrong item after 3 week delay. Staff helpful but I won't be doing online business with Sears again. And still waiting -- 5 weeks -- for order.

If you like delivery noise this company is for you. Arrived at condo complex for delivery at 7pm. Sounded like a garbage truck dumping 20 steel trash cans on drive way. Upon departure hour later sounded like 20 more steel trash cans dumped from a height of 40 feet onto asphalt.

Won't go back! Messing up my order! First my order didn't come in when they said and when we called they said there was no order scheduled at all. Then I had to wait even longer for my mattress again. Then when it did arrive, not everything came in because the employee messed up AGAIN! and ordered some parts too small! Ridiculous!

I ordered a freezer. Waited for two weeks for it to be delivered and on the day of got the call that I needed to wait an additional two weeks. When I tried to cancel, I was told I would have to wait 15 to 30 days for my money back. Do not buy from this company. They are quick to take your money but not quick to return it

I have been there twice. Both times had unprofessional customer service. First time to purchase a matching washer and dryer. As soon as I got there there was only one person on the floor and he didn't know anything about the store. He had to go outside and call for the person who was suppose to be working. Second time the woman who was giving on the register to give me a receipt for the return didn't have enough training to help me. She also had to go out looking for the person in charge. I think this place is owned by a couple and they have no customer service skills. The main reason for my return was mainly because of the shady attitude I got from the sales man and I had to wait two weeks for delivery. The man who sold the appliances to me was extremely unprofessional. He basically asked me what I wanted and just got on the computer to find the product. Right away took out credit for the appliances without explaining absolutely nothing about the product. Didn't even tell me about the payment plan. Basically staples the receipt with the credit card info but no info on the appliances I had purchased. I thought this was shady so I left the store disappointed. Figured that I would call Sears main phone line to ask about my purchase. Such a shame the store has great inventory but the staff is not knowledgeable or have customer service skills. It seems to me that if you speak to them in Spanish they communicate better.

I shop here mostly for the tools, but the service is at it's best. Always welcoming and they help me find just what im looking for. Being that the nearest Sears is half an hour away, Im thankful I can go down my neighborhood to this one.
