Came to let the dogs out and go to the bathroom on the way west and there was a worker driving around and he decided to harass us for no reason. Telling us not to let our dog dig and that we better pick up the dog poop, when we just stepped out of the vehicle. My husband asked if he was having an okay day and he just looked at him mean and drove away without a word. Just very strange and quite rude. Doesn't make us want to even go inside ha

This place is a disappointment at best and a trashy disgrace.... The only star it deserves is that you can get a shower ? and that's it... Please clean up the lot and repair your washer and dryer... TA, Petro and BP, do better

Showers were not cleaned properly, neither was the toilet. Attendant was very snide. Store was clean, Bathrooms were clean. All three of the fast food places(Arbys,Taco Bell, Popeyes) turn their online ordering off so you can not order online and get your exclusives or rewards…it’s crappy they treat Drivers like that ! Do better ! If TA/FJ/Pilot can offer rewards…so can the above named businesses!

Showers were hot & clean, friendly staff, shelves stocked gd, Arby's was gd, however the parking lot is pitch black. This is a huge safety concern. Where is the oversight to make sure something as simple as lighting in the parking lot is adequate? Anyways, I left & parked nxt door at the casino where I won't have to worry about my truck being backed into or something worse.

Absolutely ridiculous the amount of fuel money I spend at these locations as well as shop bills and convenience store expenses and they won’t even let you park there when you have to get on a plane and go home for an emergency.!!! All TA’s and Petro’s just lost my business!! Terrible place

It is the worst experience I could have had. I wanted to put diesel but I forgot my company card (I have all the information) but the night shift manager, according to her conditions, had to report my card yes or yes. When it wasn't like that. She didn't even make the intention of helping me at any time, she speaks harshly to you and is very rude.

Very rude Techs. And very disrespectful.
They charge you without even doing the jobs properly. We came for a coolant leak and told them to do pressure test. They said it’s leaking coolant and you need radiator. But then we have to pay them again $135. To do the same job to insure doing a pressure test. They are thieves.

Was told 3-4 hour wait to get ABS light checked. I don’t mind the wait but when no one has been in the shop working at all for over 2 hours. SMH just horrible
