Management needs help! I had came into the store to get a few things. I couldn't find a specific item so I asked the maintenance guy Luis and he told me where it was. Which I was by far thankful for. Then as I'm still shopping I Believe I see other maintenance girls just walking around the store so I ask a question since there not doing anything. But I guess they didn't hear me. Then as I'm heading to go to the front I see Luis again cleaning up and the manager tells him to go clean other areas and i feel bad for him because what about those other lazy lady's that are literally walking around. It just seems management picks favorites and should work on that in order to see what people actually do for them. All I can say is this store is Good for shopping not for working.

First, I am only giving this a three stars because I was greeted by the stocking staff in the dairy department this morning. I was able to find everything I needed find except AA Batteries. I went to check out at the cashier, his name was Alex. Soon as I walked up I wasn't even greeted. So I started loading my items said "hello, I have a question where are your batteries?" He pointed at the customer service desk and told the lady to get me some and she was clearly busy, she had a line of 3 people and she told me "you can grab them or the cashier can." Now Alex had no one behind me and didn't even bother getting up, I had to go behind the desk, which I am sure it's against company guidelines for customers to fo behind that desk. Alex, honey, I don't know if you're just having a bad day or what.

Out of everyone working there only one guy is nice I always see him putting the produce and always says greets people. Other than that all the personnel working are not. I went three weeks ago when the store had just opened and there was an older white lady putting some stuff on the shelves and I asked her nicely for help not once but like 4 times she acted like she didn't hear, me then she turns at me like she wanted to hit me or something with hatred and says I'm coming all rude, Even after that after she helped me I said thanks and it was like if I was talking to a wall no answer back. Also I went this past Sunday and there was a woman that was working there who kept going to look at my cart when I was paying at the check out, and also went to my husband to ask him if he had payed the beer come on they need to better train the people that have there. Because I have seen homeless people go in and steal infront of their faces all the time and they turn a blind eye. But I guess they only like to harass a selected group of people who actually go shopping and pay for their stuff. Horrible customer service

I need to voice out my disappointment in this group. I hope you guys understand. I bought some grocery in walmart 48 today 30 min ago, I didn't pay attention on what's in my receipt. I was reviewing the lists of what I bought and I was charged 2x of an item which there should only be 1. I called their number and it keeps ringing. Eventually an associate answered her name is Karen. Told her my story and told me to go back to the store. I live in Mecca and my days off will be tomorrow so I won't be able to go back. And this Karen stated that with the 2 days that I won't go, they will not refund my money. Guys pay attention to your receipts coz you may be charged more than what you bought. Whoever knows this Karen who works in this Wal-Mart, tell her to be more understanding esp this time that people are struggling with what we have. I'm disappointed with the customer service of this Wal-Mart. Be vigilant on what's being charged on our receipts. Never will I go to this Wal-Mart. They're ripping you off. Lesson learned. #walmartfraud #walmartassociatefraud

Super disappointing to come here on Mother's Day to get some ingredients for a dessert to make, and come to find strawberries molded beyond what might've been something to just appear over a days time. Containers were askew and some opened, which I understand is mostly likely the fault of senseless customers- but as a store, it's important to make sure there isn't any kind of contaminated items laying around (whether from mold or customers). It looks disorganized, it's obvious that some jerks are opening and touching things that they aren't purchasing, so I didn't even feel comfortable getting the ones that may have been untouched. Please do a better job of keeping areas tidy. I left without getting what I came for, and I don't feel comfortable getting produce from here anymore.

We are older than 60 so hi-risk for Covid-19. Ran precipitously low on provisions last week and decided to explore our options. Ran across an ad on the internet for Walmart pick-up (we are obviously not early adapters). Downloaded the Walmart app & started piling things into our cart. Oboy, oboy Placed the order online & scheduled pickup for the next morning. They were great - texted me when it was pulled & that there were a couple of replacements. We arrived & popped our trunk - had an ice chest & a couple of boxes in the back - the very pleasant & efficient lady filled our containers & wished us a nice day. Perfect experience - we really appreciate this service

This place is absolutely awful. Only one cashier with long lines and several self service stands that no one will use. I wish this dump would close so we'd get a real grocery store.

They really need to pay more attention to the service in the cosmetics area. I literally have pressed the "help" button so many times just to have to wait and even then still have to go look for a worker myself to come and help me & open the make up section. It's really unsupervised. It's very frustrating and time consuming! They need to talk to their managers or employees or who ever is in charge of this because the service in this area is horrible!!!

This store is terrible even by Walmart standards. The entrance is filthy. There are people of questionable character loitering near the entrance. I walked by what looked and smelled like human excrement and vomit. The isles are in disarray and the checkout line (singular) is long. Judging by the condition of this particular store, management is nonexistent. If there is any kind of management, they should be ashamed of themselves. Do yourself a favor and go to the Neighborhood Walmart on Fred Waring and Jefferson.

I just moved here and I though I was "self check out" challenged. Actually a bit anxious at best. Then her come Bertha to my rescue. I enjoyed snacks and a lovely experience. I don't do big chaotic stores. But now? I found my place! Thank you Bertha and Walmart Neighborhood Market! I'm a self checker now! Hooray! Coachella life is great!
