I showed up to the store at 8:45pm and business had locked doors. Two girls were just at the front desk on their phones and I had knocked twice to get their attention. Both employees looked at me and turned around. This is very unfortunate if I am a customer. Manager needs to address this situation. That’s a denial of service. 15 minutes before closing time. Doubt I will come back to this store again.

Take note that when purchasing shoes from a WSS location if the shoes are defective/ or have a manufacture defect the store will not honor an even exchange nor return. After speaking with Alex from WSS customer service team he confirmed that if the shoes are defective the customer will be told to 1. contact customer service who then will determine if it is a defect and then 2. communicate back to the store to honor an even exchange. 3. After waiting for who knows how long you will be told to return to the store for the exchange.
That is horrible customer service ! So if you’re ok with throwing away your money by all means make your shoe purchases at the WSS locations. Do not take your frustration on the employees of these locations they have nothing to do with this policy, they just help reinforce it.
Take your business to a shoe store who is more customer oriented, and won’t make you feel robbed after your purchase.

Not happy with the return policy of this store...I returned a brand new pair of shoes I bought 35 days ago and had to take an in-store credit gift card because the purchase was over 30 days ago...the purchase was even on my visa! Last time I am shopping here! Lol, I should have read all the negative reviews about this store before I even decided to make a purchase here!

Definitely bad place to stop. Had my old work shoes for 3 years. GREAT. It was time for new ones, bought sketches work slip resistant, they had none resistant.

I must admit, I had previously stopped going to WSS due to their poor service. However, we found ourselves in a situation where we urgently needed some work boots. Thankfully, your cashier Isaac went above and beyond to assist us when we encountered difficulties using our old points. Thanks to Isaac's efforts, everything worked out smoothly. Given this positive experience, we are willing to give WSS another chance!
