I must admit, I had previously stopped going to WSS due to their poor service. However, we found ourselves in a situation where we urgently needed some work boots. Thankfully, your cashier Isaac went above and beyond to assist us when we encountered difficulties using our old points. Thanks to Isaac's efforts, everything worked out smoothly. Given this positive experience, we are willing to give WSS another chance!

Not sure if she was the manager her name is Nieves on the recit i ask her for her name she did not respond .my 11 year old son ask for help and she completely ignored him my wife had to go ask her for help she was making unsatisfactory faces and told someone else to help us. After check out I ask security guy by the door for her name and he said he didn't know after we left he went straight to counter and started laughing. Even my son asked me why they were acting like that I had no explanation

Service is the worse . Didnt get greeted at the cashier . Did not ask if we needed help. They have restrooms . Asked if I could use them after i purchased my shoes . Cashier and manager said "we have no restrooms" Can't use a restroom for a customer that has spent over $600 on shoes this month at this location?! Won't be coming back.Ill take my money else where.

Won't let us in with backpack on to shop. Already PROFILED us as a thief. Last time checked it in a store something was stolen from it by the security guards.

Love the conviene of having a shoe store in Coachella but the customer service is horrible. When we were paying we set our stuff at the register and the cashier didn't acknowledge us. She was doing something work related but didn't even bother to let us know she would help us out when she was done. We stood there for about 2min. On another occasion we walked in 10min before closing we already knew what we wanted so there was no need to browse and they let us know they were closing and couldn't shop any more. We proceeded anyway since we saw people at the store. When paying at the register again no customer service and when we asked why the need for rudeness their response was that they were closing and needed time to count the register.

Today is jan 19 2022 6pm i bought working shoes for husband has worn them no more then 7 times cost me over $70 dlls the guy that is by the door treated us with no respect i ask for his name since he has no name tag i insisted on his name he said it was none of our buissness ..i said i needed to call corporate and make a report .talk to nieves .(supposedly) she said she is manager and also treated us bad just because we wanted to see what i can do about the shoes.bottom sole are hanging from sides..so i ask nieves to provide me with the guys name she said I can't and do no insist cause i would not give it to you... He is only our secury and he doesn't work for us..when we left the store the guy went over to the counter and started laughing ..that is how customers get treated at wss in coachella

Today i was treated with no respect by this guy that claims is store security and by nieves ..my shoes are damage and only worn 7 times bought as a xmas gift ..today is jan 19 employees there have no respect for customers..

WSS you have lost a Customer. I am not happy with your return policy, it feels like if it’s not one thing with you it’s another. I paid over $60 for a pair of kids shoes that were defective and you would not exchange them! All I wanted was a good pair of shoes for my child! I am not happy with your service.

This store is a violation of the constitution there is no mask mandates and we’re Vaccinated and we were told by neves the store clerk we had to leave only store in Coachella demanding masks
