Horrible Management. Dirty and disgusting grounds, Washer and Dryer is never available. Screaming children, common grounds are a playground for the children. Do not sign a lease with this complex you will regret it

Neighbors are very noisy and threw parties almost every night! I had another neighbor threaten me as well. Everyone was very rude. I didn’t even live there a year.

Crappy apartments full of gang members and low life, scum. Typical Coalinga
