“On our drive from L.A. to the Bay Area on I-5 one of our tires picked up a construction staple giving a slow leak. We called Billingsley from the Coalinga Rest Stop and were told to bring our car in. We arrived one hour before closing, but the manager directed one of his staff to patch our tire immediately. The experienced employee did professional work, and we were on our way in about 30 minutes. The manager was very customer friendly, and we left Coalinga with a positive feeling and relieved a concerning problem on a road trip had a successful solution.”
