Amazing people and clean facilities! We moved into our unit in 2019 and didn't return until Feb 2025. We had lost our key, but the owners worked with us to get us in to our unit. We drove about 12 hours to get there from out of state, arrived early and they came in just for us to help us get into the unit. Everything was the way we left it, the grounds were super clean, and the people are wonderfully kind!
Also, although the state I'm living in has a much lower cost of living, this place is cheaper and cleaner than storage places in my local area by a long shot. Great people and great value!

I dunno about the storage part of the operation but when you drop off packages for UPS tape them up before you bring them, they will charge you for a tiny little piece of tape and the second time I went there to drop off 2 packages, one was postage paid, the other one was a tiny little box and it cost $29.94 to mail it, come to find out they charged $19.00 for a service fee......what a racket. Won't be going back there anytime soon. I will take all my business to Oakhurst Pack and Ship. I don't know how this place stays in business and the lady that works the counter should be named Ms. Crabtree she's always spiteful.

Helpful & friendly office staff. Got me set up in no time.FYI, they manage multiple sites under different names. Sign near the office says Mountainside Mini Storage. Pay attention to the driving directions to Art's Mini Storage if your unit is there, since Google Maps is very wrong.

This is an excellent place to keep your storage. I fell on some hard times when we all got locked down during this coronavirus pandemic, but the people here were able to work with me and my inability to pay the storage on time. They were very helpful in being receptive to that fact and we were able to work out a deal without any extra fees or anything else. They also give you the option to leave a copy of your key to the storage unit in your file just in case you may misplace your own you would always be able to go there and as long as you allow them to, they will keep a copy of your key in your file there at the place.

The couple who manage the storage facility need training in customer service, specifically the grumpy older man. I went to drop off my son's key as he had rented a shed for 3 years and now has moved back. My son dropped off his lock and one key when he closed out on a Sunday. When I brought back the 2nd key the following Monday the older man was rude and said he couldn't find the lock and other key. Another person worked on Sunday and I said maybe he should check with her. He was loud and rudely said now they were out a lock and gave my son $10 for it. I got a hold of my son by phone and he reiterated that he left the key and lock with the woman on Sunday. The older woman was pleasant and when I asked for a receipt for the 2nd key she gave me one.
