I have had a unit at Aaron's for years, and I trust and love Holly, she does a great job and cares about her customers. Anyone who knows her knows that. I highly recommend this facility and have nothing but good things to say about it.

I have rented a unit here for ten years. I have absolutely no complaints. Over the years I have only seen improvements to the property and security. Holly has always been helpful, kind and accommodating in any way possible. I would highly recommend this business.

This is a terrible storage facility. The main desk lady is not a good person. (Holly) She seemed very condescending and nosey about what the contents of my unit would be. Overall my wife and I got very bad vibes from her. I don’t recommend, she made us very uncomfortable. And if I could give this facility zero stars I would.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Rented a 5 x 10 ft space. Very clean. Also looked at a 10 x 10 that was equally clean. Property gets constant attention. Security has been upgraded recently. I feel very confident storing my property at Aaron's. Didn't give 5 stars only due to being a new client. Expect I could easily upgrade after a couple months.

We've been using Aarons storage for 2 years and the facility is great. Holly is awesome answering questions and helping set things up. We've also stored a trailer there too and there's never been any problems at all. Easy access to our storage unit anytime. We highly recommend using their facility.

Pretended to have a dryer to trade, not letting us know they were the owners. Once we showed up after sending them pics of the dryer we were going to trade (we needed gas and they needed electric) they informed us they were actually just looking to sell, not trade. They even offered my boyfriend and I gas money since we live in Auberry but our dryer was stored in Clovis and they live in Coarsegold. We drive all the way up there and of course they didn't want to trade and we received no gas money. The people that own Arron's are liars and not to be trusted.
