Terrible company. Prices way above retail and the owner is as rude as can be. My wife was told by a woman working that all jewelry was 50% off (final day of sale). after finding a few costume pieces she liked she went to pay for the items. as she was being rung up, a lady (turns out it is the owner) walks up and snags a strand of pearls out of her hand and walks away with them. the lady at the register said she wasn't sure why but they must not behalf price and even stated she does that sort of thing frequently. we will never go to another sale hosted by them.

I've found some neat stuff there, but prices are pretty high. The lady who runs the sale is rude. Not sure that I will go back. I prefer friendly service instead of "grouch lady".

I don't usually review places like this but it was so bad, I have to warn others. This is the third sale of theirs that I have gone to. They are always horribly overpriced and that's why I don't usually go. But this time, not only were they overpriced, but the owner, Ann, was so nasty. She had a horrific attitude. Someone asked for a better deal, and when she told them the price, they put their stuff down and left. Ann took the stuff and went to go put it back, all the while slamming things. She came back and proceed to be very nasty to us. She acts like SHE was doing US a favor. The rest of the ladies were very nice. I feel sorry that their boss is such a witch. Needless to say, I will not be giving her any more of my business. It's her loss....I go to estate sales every week.

Hired Ann to do estate sale and clean up the house. Was charged for two large roll away dumpsters , about $600 to $800 (approx). Seemed really high. I visited the house before the sale. Lots of stuff must have just been dumped rather than sold. While she cleaned the house and 'staged' it for what was sold I was unimpressed with her and her helper husband's knowledge of 'things' .. They were 'so excited' about old computer stuff.. I didn't' have the heart to say it was old and worthless. That was my first inclination they really didn't know .... So i suggested he or she phone me. Because I've sold on Ebay, for years, and had intimate knowledge of everything that i owned. There was scientific stuff for example that a proper label would increase interest. Instead it was a blank look from her husband as it twiddled the knobs but didn't ask me what it was. That told me their story. I offered to take phone calls about any item(s) and name them. Never a call. Stupid is being unwilling to learn. I felt I got ripped from the lack of items sold that went into high dumpster fees. Yet the house was 'cleaned out' whether sold or dumped. An emotional release just 'letting them do their thing" A second rate operation that I am thankful she 'took charge' . Bottom line.. They and I were very stupid about the whole event.

Do not use this company for Estate Sales. They are extremely rude to the buyers. Having frequented many Estate Sales, I have never been insulted by sales people until I went to one of their Estate Sales. The pricing was inaccurate and the signage was poor.
