I have had a good overall experience at this post office. They are earnest and efficient. I had a small problem or two, but the main people working there I’ve had positive interactions with.

Packages are not delivered to address if delivery person feels that it is too heavy to handle or requires it to be delivered to the door. Amazon notifies me it has been shipped but it does not show up.I

Brooke is really awesome and has followed up on a couple issues we've had personally & everything was taken care of asap. The staff there has always been great & being a long-time mountain resident this staff & Brooke is really making a positive improvement. Thanks for everything. Randy
