The location is easier than wasting gas to drive 20 minutes each way to the post offices in Lakeport or City of Clearlake, and no waiting in line. A+ for the great convenience!”
“The staff at the Clearlake Post Office is outstanding- professional, courteous, pleasant, and eager to help. In the last couple years Ive probably received over 100 deliveries from Amazon, eBay, etc, and often from other couriers. Not one package lost! I've lived up here for about 2 years and prior to that I was in the Bay area. Comparing the customer service experience at the clear lake Post Office to Bay area locations is like night and day. In Clearlake I've never waited in line for more than 10 minutes, at Bay area locations 30 minute wait times on a regular basis. Unlike the bay area locations staffed by miserable , rude people, the staff at Clearlake Post office are usually smiling and vey efficient. Keep up the good work! I appreciate you!”
“They do their best with what they have to work with. They are very understaffed, and couriers are not paid well, so I feel that's the reason there are some bad reviews, that come from not being able to keep the couriers around. Every year they change, it's a learning experience for the new one, or two couriers.”
