I love this store. So many interesting and fun kits, crafts, games, fabrics and classes. I especially love the quilt classes. Our little town is lucky to have such a shop!

I have waited over 6 months, have not received my purchase, and have not heard anything from them. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM. It is clear they accept payment with no intentions of fulfilling orders.

Like many others just want to say that I placed an online order, the money went through from my credit card and they never delivered or responded to any contact. Eventually 8 months later my credit card refunded me. Perhaps the in person experience is okay, but their online/customer service is extremely lacking.

I ordered at the end of December 2022. They took the payment a few days after that. Now we are in June 2023 and no news from my order. I tried to reach them by e-mail 5 times, no answer. I even tried to call them from accros the Atlantic, no answer...

This is a wonderful store. Mary the owner is very friendly and helpful. The kits are great, I made at least 15 of them. Do yourself a favor if you love stitchery visit this store

Today is 12/18/22. I placed a $300+ order on 8/11/22 and have heard nothing since, despite emailing and calling a dozen times. Their games might be cool, but apparently I'll never know.

In case those responsible for the store read it, more than two months ago I paid for the order 8898. I have tried to contact the store by all possible means and it is impossible.I request the return of the money, because I have already obtained the product. From the comments I have read, it seems to me that I have wasted my money.That this is happening is incredible.
