Amazing! My speakers needed serious help. Price was fair and he turned them around super fast. Highly recommend this man's work.

Incredibly fast service at a very reasonable price. They refoamed my 40 year old JBL 2235's while I ate lunch. I put the speakers back in my JBL 4430 boxes today, and they sound massive. I'm glad I didn't try to do it myself. Experience really matters sometimes.

I dropped my 24 year old B&W towers in. (My kids decided it was a good idea to poke the tweeters) In a week I had them back, tweeters repaired, and at 10% the cost to replace the speakers. They sound brand new. This is a great service

Reasonable prices and quick turn around. One of the few people around who do these kinds of repairs.

These guys are highly recommend for their prompt and professional service. I took in a speaker that had multiple holes in it and it was repaired within less than a week! Works great now! Quality service with a smile as they say!

Been here twice. First time was in 2017 to recone an 8" field coil musical instrument speaker from 1952. He said he'd have to look at it to make sure, but he could probably recone it. Tested it and it sounded great, turnaround time was as expected, 4 days. Second time was to recone another musical instrument speaker to preserve the originality of the amp. Again, I tested it and it sounded great, turnaround time was as expected, 4 days. I have nothing to complain about here, but I wish Neal's was closer to me! Great service, quality parts, predictable timeline, excellent results. I'll be back.

offered to fix my speaker right away at a reasonable(much less than replacement) price. Responded in less than a half hour. Great communication. Didn't end up needing the service, but good to know Neal's is there next time.

I brought my Dynaudio Audience 60 speakers to Mike for blown drivers. I bought them new 20 years ago and I didn't want to spend thousands to replace them. He repaired the tweeter and helped me track down a replacement driver for the woofer since it was damaged beyond repair and they were discontinued years ago. Once he received the parts, he repaired it within one day. He fee was very reasonable and they sound as good as new (maybe better) ... Highly Recommended.

Needed a minor repair on a Klipsch subwoofer wireless connector. The pins on the remote receiver were bent and would not align properly with the sub unit itself. Mike took it into his shop while we waited outside and returned a few minutes later with the unit repaired. The man is a genius, an old school craftsman and a kind hearted soul. I have done business with Neal's for over 50 years and will never go anywhere else.

Extremely happy with the results and sound quality of these vintage Pioneer HPM-900 speakers. I found (Mike) Neal's Speaker Service on the internet and called and discussed my polymer cones were cracked on these speakers. Mike was very familiar with how unique these were and had some history on the speakers. We discussed price and I decided to drive and deliver the 2+ hours to drop them off. He gave an estimate of 2 weeks and exactly to the day, my phone rang and they were done! Arrived home and installed the next day. Wow is all I can say. Very impressed with the workmanship, repair time and price! Craftsmen are always in demand!

I brought two Mesa Black Shadow speakers to Neal's Speaker Service. One was from a Mesa/Boogie combo amp, and the other was from the matching extension cabinet. They had both made a rattling noise when I played low notes on my guitar at mid to high bass settings on the amp. I feared that both speakers might need to be reconed or replaced. When I removed the one from the combo amp, I noticed that the dust cap had become partially detached. When I brought them to Mike (the owner), he glued the detached dust cap, dried the glue, and after a few minutes ran an audio signal through the speaker to test it. No rattle. He did a similar audio test with the other speaker. No rattle. He said the speakers should be fine. I asked Mike how much I owed him, and he said no charge. Over the next couple days I reinstalled the two speakers being careful not to overtighten the nuts holding in the speaker. Mike had indicated overtightening could warp the frame a little and cause rubbing against the voice coil and noise. Both speakers sounds just fine. While I rarely need speaker service, I would definitely go to Neal's Speaker Service if I did.
