“Our unit is big we've been there to long and it's time to move it out the late fee is $48 plus they make you pay for insuring your stuff through your billing statement so you have no choice almost seems like a dictator maneuver but we really like the gal who manages the place she's great”
“The Staff at the location are competent and responsive. Management however has no concern for the renters. For instance, why did the rent just go up... AGAIN? My service is not better, the grounds need little or no attention. YET, my rent has increased by about 17%. Why - inflation? No... not even close. Is it because Management says... raise the rent 17% - they won't move out? That is NOT good service to me. That type of behavior over the years is why I cannot give this group a positive rating. The staff Great! Management - boooo.”
“I’ve been here a few years. Awesome leadership ( James has recently acquired additional help too ). Facility itself is top notch! I’ve had anywhere from 1 to 2 units twice now.
Since age 25, I’ve moved 26 times in 45 years. This last move is the longest I’ve experienced the same Storage location. Also, the best quality as well ! Thank you James ! Well done, sir.”

“Secure, clean and well kept facility. Managers are friendly and helpful. Facility is tucked off the road way out of site of thieves and wandering eyes. It has security cameras and is gated and fenced. There seems to always be someone onsite which makes me feel good about storing my stuff there.
Would recommend!”

“Peardale pines is a wonderful storage unit and they have plenty of security installed to help you feel safe when storing at this location. I want to address the other 1 star reviews left on this site. The first one states there is no security and for the most part during the last few years that was true. Kelly the manager (who recently passed away) usually always had a rope gate up after hours with her car blocking the driveway. She was a tough lady and stated that she had no problem approaching trespassers with proper protection every time she chanced them off the property. She even helped a couple with domestic violence as it was happening on the property. She left this world but her son remained to help carry on her legacy. Since then he has helped transform the place into a newly defined modern updated with cameras / a gate code for each renter/ and a system that locks into place if anyone is within the gates after 7pm. I have been renting from this location for the last two years and have been met with kindness and acceptance and innerstanding. I want to address the second review that was 1 star. It is within EVERY storage units right to sell off your property if you don't make payments. IN FACT there are people out there in this world who bank on you NOT making payments so they can purchase your storage unit. I knew Kelly personally and she wouldn't just sell a unit out from under you. She worked with everyone and even offered extensions knowing some may be in a rough place. To say she was crooked defiles her character because of your lack of respect towards her in whatever dealings you had. I had even left something out of my unit for MONTHS she/& her son kept it safe not knowing who it belonged to. It took me a few months to realize it was missing and that I had probably forgot to put it back inside my unit. THAT is the level of care you will receive when you rent from here.”

“Great setup, rodent protection devices set up and newer, clean units.. gate locks at 10 PM and opens at 6AM. It will lock you inside. Pamela has always been great to me and made sure any concerns were addressed. Affordable as well.”

“Well beyond the 5 stars offered. The place is immaculately clean and organized, with proper, helpful signage allowing quick and efficient access. Prices are the best in the area, as well as the attentive, “can do” friendly, customer oriented experience as offered by the employees. Security is top notch. They keep a watchful eye out , and I have no concerns whatsoever with leaving sensitive data and expensive equipment in my storage locker. It’s the cleanest storage facility I have ever seen, by a long shot. Don’t even bother checking out another facility. Colfax Mini Storage does it right the first time. I’m stardust, so I know what I’m talking about when I make my claim that 5 stars in not enough. Nobody likes moving stuff around, but the welcoming friendly atmosphere and over the top order and cleanliness makes a dull task pleasurable, Supernova!! Thank you, Jill!~Leonard”
