“My car blew it's transmission near their office on South Canyon Way in Colfax. I am from Southern California & New nothing about this area. Rocky & his staff & drivers & mechanics were very helpful and professional with our situation. Being the weekend alot of places in this town are closed, Rocky allowed us to leave my car on his property until Monday.I am forever grateful to this company for the kindness, professionalism, and overall helpfulness. “Moved my park model for me! If you know anything about moving these things you know its hard to find a mover that's not a flake and really knows what they're doing. These guys showed up, knocked it out and made sure they took great care of my property during transport. You want someone who knows what they're doing with this kind of weight. Also, took the time to make sure the placement was perfect for us.”

“Always reliable, punctual, honest, and amazing overall!
I've been going here for several years for different types of vehicles (old, new, 4WD, conversion van) and have nothing but great things to say. Spencer at the front desk is patient in explaining all things car-related to me (as I barely understand how to check my oil) and very honest in saying when a job it's not worth doing. Competitive prices and they won't charge you for extra stuff that the car doesn't actually needed.

“I have a 2006 Duramax 2500HD diesel truck. with ~60,000 miles on it (yes, low miles). The truck is stock. I was new to the duramax/diesel ownership and committed a newby error. I let my air filter get very clogged for a long time. I started getting turbo errors. Eventually, I had Applegate garage replace the turbo. That was in Sept 2022. 3 years later, the truck is running great. I really liked the service they gave, I felt the cost was more than reasonable (turbo R&R on a 2006 duramax is involved), and the end result was a fine running truck. I appreciate getting such good value on the servicing of my truck. I rely on it a lot.”

“Kilroy’s Towing was excellent from start to finish. They were professional, considerate, and communicated clearly every step of the way. This tow was arranged through AAA via Hyundai, after an experience the previous day with another AAA-contracted tow company in Grass Valley that did not provide the same level of service or courtesy.
Robert, the driver from Kilroy’s, was outstanding. He called to give me an accurate ETA and followed up again to let me know my car had been safely dropped off at the Hyundai dealership. His friendly attitude and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier.

“My truck’s battery died today while I was away from home, so I requested service via the AAA app. About 30 seconds later, Triple M called me to get the details and confirm that they were sending someone. Darrell arrived about 20 minutes later, ran some tests, and got my truck started again so I could drive it to my mechanic. Super nice guy, and super fast service overall today. Thanks!”

“5 stars for Five Star. ? We had a coolant hose fitting crack while drive I-80 east bound. Called and spoke with Ms. Christine who was so helpful both times we spoke. She did not pressure us to use their services, and gave as much help as she could answering all of our questions. We later, called another towing company who did not compare, so we later called back and got their services. Nick came out and you would’ve thought we were not stranded on the side of the road for hours. His jokes, and passion for his job was top tier! Thank you Five Star!”

“Araco towing saved us! Broke down on I-80 on a Sunday evening with no mechanic shops open or able to service us. The staff at Araco was SUPER helpful. They recommended a repair shop and best western within walking distance of each other, and dropped us and our dogs off at the hotel before dropping our car off for us. Realized we left something we needed in the car and he was nice enough to circle BACK to the hotel for us and drop it off. Great service! Highly recommend!”
