Being the weekend alot of places in this town are closed, Rocky allowed us to leave my car on his property until Monday.I am forever grateful to this company for the kindness, professionalism, and overall helpfulness. I bring the estimate to Applegate Garage and Zack tells me the truth! Oh the money I have saved! Just today Les Schwab told me I needed $1000 worth of parts and labor. Zack showed me how I can get the parts online for $30. he said it’s such an easy job he’ll install it in five minutes for free.”

“I was stuck in the snow at my 82 year old fathers house in Nevada City and Advanced Towing refused to come down where I was at because it wasn’t a county maintained road. Bravo to Celestial and the young man driving the tow truck. I cried when I saw him backing up to my car. ❤️ I went to take my dad to a doctor appointment because he couldn’t drive and got stuck on a berm of snow. AAA wouldn’t come either. “5 stars for Five Star. ? We had a coolant hose fitting crack while drive I-80 east bound. Called and spoke with Ms. Christine who was so helpful both times we spoke. She did not pressure us to use their services, and gave as much help as she could answering all of our questions. We later, called another towing company who did not compare, so we later called back and got their services. Nick came out and you would’ve thought we were not stranded on the side of the road for hours. His jokes, and passion for his job was top tier! Thank you Five Star!”

We were able to work together to solve my problem. We spoke on the phone and Ryan even traveled down from Colfax to Rocklin to meet me. He went far beyond what was expected.
