Bad service. Prepare to wait at least 15min for help. No clear signs and need to figure out what and where the line is for each desk.

I was there to look at the laptops. Although I typically shop on-line, but for laptops I really want to feel the weight and sizes and compare. The store representative gave me great descriptions and suggestions based on my use cases, and pointed out one particular new model was last day on sale. It was because my discussion with him that prompted me make the purchase. It's been almost a month now. Enjoying my new laptop. Great service!

Soo these people are adding a membership to your total at checkout without you even asking. I hope no seniors or unsuspecting customers don't pay without checking. Super unethical to do that!! My total went from 12 dolars to like 60/70 with the membership they automatically added.

Don't go for Apple support at this location; they'll take the appointment even when their only Apple specialist is not working, which is a very unfortunate waste of everyone's time.The Geek Squad members we spoke with were very nice, and it's not their fault that these systems are borked.

Went there with my parents to purchase a printer. When I processed the credit card transaction, the staff asked me if I want to open a credit card, I declined it with a polite manner said I already had enough credit cards, and the staff replied:” why not, it looks like your parents want you to do it”. How I manage my financial status is not your business to ask!!!! I felt this question really offend from the staff. Really bad experience

Great service, explained everything we needed to know on new washer and security items. Very friendly didn't rush great location was greeted at the door and asked if we needed help guided to a certain department.

Got an open box ? that was Supposed to have everything included but it did not. So I had to take it back and get a different one. Still got a good deal but I had to make two trips and gas isn't free.
