Great selections, great products, wonderful interior and ambiance. The staff who helped me was Vickie, who was extremely kind, sweet and patient, along with the managing staff members. Awesome store, highly recommended!

Went there to buy a shirt for a birthday gift and looking around and a young sales associate asked if we needed help. We said we’re looking for a 2xl shirt and she said well none of the shirts are in any size order and are sizes are mixed up . Then she walked away. No offer to help us find anything. There were way to many sales associates just walking around doing nothing or hanging around the checkout counter.

Lots of good quality items here. Boots look like they’re of good quality. Not really an issue but Boot Barn could do better to train their employees. Otherwise nice looking store.
