“We frequently visit this Ross, and it never disappoints! The store offers a vast selection of clothes and a wide array of other household items, making it a one-stop shop for all your needs. Their shoe section is particularly impressive, featuring a large collection to choose from.
Additionally, they have a nice assortment of small furniture pieces suitable for both home and business settings.
Overall, we highly recommend this Ross for its variety and excellent product range.”
“Super Sweet & Helpful!! Gave me a good price/ discount for a full sound bowl set the sound bowl + striker + cushion! Definitely would recommend this lovely shop!!”
“We had a great experience at Akarashan, with very short notice, attending a traditional Indian-style wedding. Harminder helped my wife and I immensely to pick some outfits that look great together!”
“This is a great place to shop for all things baseball apparel!!! And the customer service is through the roof!!! Please talk to my boy Nick he’ll hook you up and point you in the right direction.”
“I had a wonderful experience at this Indian dress shop while looking for a lehenga for my friend’s wedding. The whole process of picking a dress was easy and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helped me find beautiful options based on my budget and the occasion. They were also super accommodating with my timeline and managed to finish the alterations within a day! I even found a matching outfit for my partner, and both of our outfits turned out beautifully. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality Indian attire and great service.”
“Phenomenal location, with a lot of history, love and community! A huge array of different tyedye peices you could love, all made by different artists, some from different places of the world! Dont miss out if you haven't been!”
“Great store and customer service! I purchased a pair of abalone shell earrings and the sales associate kindly assisted me with researching online the earring’s material. She went above and beyond with helping me find out the information I had asked about. Rare service nowadays! ??? Also, a great shop for gifts as there are cute cards, candles, socks, etc!”
“Beautiful, curated shop with Mid-Century Modern aesthetics, high quality clothing, and possibly the sweetest owners (+ Harold the dog) I've ever met. They were eager to talk about the materials and manufacturing processes of the pieces I pointed out and were quick to offer a place to put my bags and even enjoy some refreshments. Talking with them felt natural and enjoyable, and it never felt as if they were pressuring me to buy anything...although I did walk out with a killer Cawley coat that I got about 12 compliments on over the weekend. The prices are high but absolutely justified for the quality (these are items you keep for life), and the owners genuinely care about promoting smaller brands over the fashion giants you may see at Nordstrom or the mall. If you can afford their pieces, they are worth the splurge! And even if you can't, the place and people are still well worth the trip. :)”
“My wife and I were killing time waiting for a flight and found this gem! Incredibly reasonably priced clothes and the owner is super friendly. So glad we found it!”
“I ran into Margaret O'Leary on Filmore in a rush but wanted to see if they had something cute to wear to the theater. Teresa picked out things for me to try on in a flash. She styled me head to toe and I bought everything. I look forward to working with Teresa in the future for future events!”
“Love Love Love!!! This line of clothing! High quality! The leather vests are soft, but durable and very nicely made! I love everything about this store! The owners are pretty awesome also!!!”
“We had a beyond lovely time at the Rotunda! I took a friend here for lunch for her birthday. This gem of a restaurant never disappoints. Thank you for another incredibly charming experience.”
“Best clothing store in SF. Howard and Mary are so meticulous about their selections, their clothing is perfectly curated to perfection. Not to mention, all of their employees are truly gems of humans.”
“A must visit if you're shopping along Valencia St! They're a longtime Bay Area brand that's very size inclusive! All fun prints in a variety of styles, dresses, jumpsuits, shirts, etc.”
“I love everything about this shop! The staff is so welcoming and helpful, and it's the perfect place to buy gifts (especially for myself). They have a wide variety of products, and most of them are from other small businesses (some of which are local). I couldn't recommend this place enough!”
“Def a store to check out if you are on the Ave. Employees are super sweet and helpful. Their Jewelry selection is exceptional. They also have their own clothing line I plan to purchase on my next visit.”
“Childhood spot where I would buy all my clothes and accessories for my Samoan dance. Later realized I could eat there!! Please don’t gooooo I’ll miss you so much ?”
“UPDATE: October 25- They are still open for business-
*happy dance*
Unique,Cool, & Fun is how I would describe this business..
Terrasol is now located in Noe Valley right on Castro.Good vibes, good energy...I've been shopping here off and on since they were first located on Larkin @ Sutter with mainly botanicals and rare vintage finds. The cutest shop ever with so many interesting and cool things to see, it can be a bit overwhelming at times. I literally want to buy EVERYTHING whenever I come in here.! LOL.
The windows are always very creative & eye catching . And it never fails that I always see something I just have to have. Please do yourself a favor and support this fine local business before some greedy ass SF landlord makes it near impossible for them to stick around and are forced to shut down . One of the last remaining cool & original OG businesses left in The City.
I will cry the day they close for good. ⚜️?️?”
“Peace, love, and, uh, capitalism.
The store is groovy, I admit that. It's got all the requisite '70s rock merch. It's well arranged, it's colorful, it's psychedelic, it's pretty. But it hurts my soul a little bit that all this stuff is marked up to hock to tourists.
Still, there's probably no better place on the block to get Jimi Hendrix jammies for your toddler, so do with that information what you will.”
“My first time walking in the store I fell in love with the selection of unique merchandise and the owner - Trisha.
I bought San Francisco icon pins to take to Hungary for gifts. Trish was accommodating to pins that I only like in the set. I orders 100?
I also bought couple of items. I got so many complements on my jacket.
I will be checking new merchandise every week?”
“Had a great experience here. The customer service was outstanding and they honored their Iron Clad guarantee. Andi, who was on their fourth day as a new hire, went above and beyond with their knowledge and service. Great hire y’all! I’ll be back to this Patagonia store 100%!”
“Have the light weight mission shorts as my everyday bike shorts and I love them. Great for riding, quick dry and flexible. Also nice to hop off the bike and have practical shorts for around town. Screwed up some shipping info and customer service was super helpful, particularly Ben! Good company”
“An absolutely charming little shop with a great selection of new and vintage clothing, home goods etc. The owner was very friendly and kind. I highly recommend this boutique when visiting beautiful San Francisco!”
“Can’t say enough good things about this place. Coffee and teas are professionally done weighing and measurement great machines. The cycling ? clothing is 10/10They also have fitting rooms”
“We were visiting on our way home to Honolulu and stopped into this quaint clothing shop in February. I found a tropical/ethnic bathing suit on a rack with others and asked if it was on sale like the others were marked. The nice man told me the price and I bought it instantly. I've worn it at our pool at home and love it. Can't want to need another one and shop online. Thanks for your friendly staff and great men's clothing items... Aloha~”
“We bought a Jean jacket and had it custom embroidered at the store in San Francisco. This is a 5-star review for Lisa Marie, one of the seamstresses in their department. She had such wonderful customer service that I felt compelled to write a review. She was so understanding of my daughter, full of creative suggestions on the design, and then she just did GORGEOUS work to make the final product. Strangers stop us to comment on the beauty of the jacket. I am so grateful for the work of Lisa Marie, and I would encourage folks going to the store to ask for her! Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday so special.”
“This boutique is a hidden gem. They have soo many cute clothes and accessories. I literally love everything I’ve bought here and continue to come back for more. Thank you Victoria and VBoutique for the best shopping experience!!!”
“Love the dresses! Great style. Fabulous prints. Well made. I’m hooked. Time to get out of my all black routine. And the store staff are lovely. Terrific customer service.”
“I like rvca, they’re clean looking and very comfortable. I always visit this store when I’m in NorCal because I like the neighborhood store is at and sometimes they have hidden gems. I bought 2 shoyoroll rvca collab gis from the store when it’s sold out online. Just wish they have more sale item bc they are expensive.”
“They've got a new store format where you shop on mobile and an employee pulls your size from the back - I think, I was just making an exchange so I didn't need to shop. I think I encountered 4 employees from the door to the counter and everyone was extremely helpful while being genuine and not annoying. The exchange was quick and efficient, which I really appreciated since I had my kid with me. They even offered a balloon and expedited grabbing my new size. That's some top notch customer service that I totally wasn't expecting and was very pleasantly surprised by!”
