Wasn't on the floor/rack, but the employee was very helpful & found new shipped items in back not yet out front & had what I was looking for.I don't, on a regular basis, go into gamestop, but when they've had something I'm looking for, I do not hesitate to go & purchase from them.Prices on what I've bought there were the same as other places that were only online + shipping & I'm happy to support a local store rather than online & with shipping.Will continue to buy from Gamestop”

“I had an issue with gift cards, as the cashier wasn't able to print out the individual receipt with denomination, for each one. Word of warning, DO NOT leave the store without the receipt. My store receipt showed I had paid for each card and amount. When my family tried to use them, they were told "there's no money on the card" I returned to the store, showed my receipt to Customer Service Manager, Natassja, who, had to call the 800 number on my receipt. The lady at corporate office wanted photos of the back of the cards, which were gifts and no longer in my possession and wanted to "investigate the transaction". I had proof of my payment but the cards had $0, which Natassja had printed out. Bottom line, Natassja listened, understood the problem, kept calm and solved my problem. She was very pleasant through out my conversation with corporate office, who at the time wasn't being too cooperative.Thank you Natassja!”
